The appointment for our quote on our windows and the install went great. Jamie came out and quoted us for all new windows in our home. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He gave us all the information about Window Nation and their windows and made us feel comfortable about our decision. He was very professional and honest and answered all questions we had. He made us feel as if we were family! The install was done by James. James showed up on time and was ready to work. He had to work by himself the first day due to his crew member being hospitalized but that did not stop him from getting things done! We were impressed with how quickly and nicely he got 8 out of the 9 windows installed. The second day he came to install our last window. It is a very large picture window. He had a crew member to help and although they are still currently installing the window while I write my review, I know they will do a fantasic job! It's already looking amazing! They're completing it in a timely matter and making sure all areas are clean and how they were when they arrived! James is very precise and makes sure the windows operate perfectly before moving on. We are very pleased with Window Nation and beyond happy with our new windows! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to install new windows in their home!

From start to finish Window Nation was a professional and courteous. The salesman (Lamont Fells, highly recommended) was on time and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. There was even a small mix up in the details of the windows and he was able to fix it quickly. When the crew came out to install the windows , they came on time and were very respectful to me and my home. There was a slight color mismatch in the 'J' channel vinyl and the crew leader would not leave until it was fixed ( I could barely tell a difference). Lamont, the sales representative, followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I am impressed with how this company handles business. I have four more windows that I need to have replaced and I will be returning to Window Nation to get them replaced.

It went great! The guys got there right at 8:00 AM on a Saturday & were out by 3:00 PM. The windows are perfect and exactly what we wanted. No more drafty windows that weren't properly installed the first time. Window Nation as a whole (sales (Sarah Heasty), installers, & office staff) were extremely responsive & professional. I would highly recommend!
