I had some issues getting them to come the first time. Once they did come out they explained to me the reason for them not showing up.

Greg came recommended by my real estate agent to fix a large foyer window with a broken seal. Greg was professional and clear in his communication. He visited the house and examined the window. Greg explained his services in detail, but said, unfortunately the window was "too far gone" for a repair and Greg let me know that a replacement was necessary. He referred me to another company for an estimate.

Greg did 4 windows in a very short time. One window proved to be a challenge and required several return trips. Greg was always right there to try again. He stayed with it until it was corrected without extra costs. Greg is very professional, honest and easy to work with. If the window isn't repairable using his method he'll tell you that upfront. We would certainly recommend him to anyone.
