 + -1 moreI had some issues getting them to come the first time. Once they did come out they explained to me the reason for them not showing up.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreGreg came recommended by my real estate agent to fix a large foyer window with a broken seal. Greg was professional and clear in his communication. He visited the house and examined the window. Greg explained his services in detail, but said, unfortunately the window was "too far gone" for a repair and Greg let me know that a replacement was necessary. He referred me to another company for an estimate.

 + -1 moreGreg did 4 windows in a very short time. One window proved to be a challenge and required several return trips. Greg was always right there to try again. He stayed with it until it was corrected without extra costs. Greg is very professional, honest and easy to work with. If the window isn't repairable using his method he'll tell you that upfront. We would certainly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: We had several windows that had fogged up. We thought we might have to replace these windows. I found an ad on the internet for Window Medics and got the name of the local representative. Greg came to our home and looked at the windows and said he could remove the foggy appearance and quoted a price. We accepted and asked him to begin ASAP. A couple small holes are drilled into the glass and a defogging agent is squirted into the window. This solution is then removed and a rinsing agent is used. After removing the liquid, two small orifices are put into the holes. These allow for solar pumping to completely dry the inside of the windows.
