They were very professional and always on time. We made several changes to the proposals and they were all done quickly. Once we decided on our course of action we were very well informed on approx. delivery dates. We were kept up to date throughout the entire process. The installations were scheduled and the installers were very professional and knowlegeable. Our premises were left cleaner than when they arrived. I would higly recommend this company for any one looking for windows, doors and construction. They replaced our doors with knee walls, picture glass windows, sliding doors and casement windows. We are extremely happy with the final project.

If I recall, they started up a year or two ago. The fellow seemed real nice and real knowledgeable. I was a little concerned that they hadn't been in business for very long for a big purchase like this. Also I didn't want to go with the vinyl. I think that is what they were selling. I decided to go with the fiberglass. Of all the guys I spoke to, they were the most casual. I was a little bothered that he didn't measure the doors. The guys from the other companies were real careful about that. Maybe it was not necessary, but I thought that was strange. He came out when he was supposed to.

There was a salesperson that came out about 3 weeks ago to check my windows, he gave me advice on which windows to replace at my request. We decided to have 5 windows replaced and he had to measure the windows and then the windows were custom made. He told me it would be about 3 weeks. They came and installed them in about an hour and a half. I am very happy with the service they provided.
