Everything went great. Painters were respectful, cleaned up after themselves. Sean Whitlock and his crew handled the job in a very professional manner.

All done in 3 days. Trim work not great.

Very professional service. Not knowing how much repair to the walls would be needed after stripping the wallpaper, Mr. Whitlock quoted an estimate based on a worst case scenario. The job was completed for several hundred dollars less than the estimate. The workers were courteous and professional. The quality of workmanship was very good. I will call them again for future needs, and I recommend them without reservation.

It went very well. I used them several times now. They are very, very trustworthy and they follow up on anything. Even if it has been a few weeks and I come across something, I could call them and they'll fix it or help me remediate it. They are just very, very easy to work with. Their price is good.

We'd seen Whitlock Painting's work by virtue of the complete exterior they'd done a year previously for a neighbor, enough time to determine the work was holding up. Shawn worked up the estimate, and was extremely helpful in assisting in our color choice by putting up large 'swatches' of possible choices so we could make a decision based on how it looked on the actual house.
Prep and needed ceder siding replacement was done thoroughly. The whole project took a crew of 4-6 about ten days to complete, and they arrived beyond punctually every day, with attentive cleanup at each day's end.
The capper to this is one we truly appreciate. Upon completion, Shawn suggested a 'holdout', us not paying about six percent of the total until we'd had ample time to make sure all was completed satisfactorily. Indeed, with a project of this scope, a few odds and ends needed a bit of attention, which was appropriately addressed.
Knowing a bit of touch up will be in order this spring, I realized I've been remiss in not sharing such a positive experience beyond word of mouth. Over the past thirty years I've had numerous exterior paint jobs done on a variety of surfaces. This is the first all ceder siding house I've owned, and our realtor called our attention to the importance of timely and quality paint work. That's exactly what we got.

I have used this company before and both times the service and work has been excellent. Shawn came promptly to do the estimate.
When I called to give him the contract they started the next day and finished in 2 days. I requested that they leave the window blinds off so that I could clean them and he offered to come and hang them once I have finished. He also said they would come do touch ups after the flooring is installed.

They did a fabulous job! They were courteous, punctual, professional, extremely hard working, and our windows look terrific. They worked in very high temperatures (100 degrees) and did a very nice job of cleaning up after themselves. If you are looking for a professional paint job, this is your company.

I liked them a lot. They were efficient and came on time. They cleaned up very well and I just liked that they did a good job of the painting.

Overall all a good experience, I would recommend.

They were pretty punctual, did a good job and listened to our concerns about if we had an issue with the paint they would fix it. I will use them again in the future.

When selling our house, our realtor suggested suggested several small cosmetic improvements and suggested Whitlock Painting. They were able to quickly come out and door all of the projects. The crew was punctual, efficient, and quite tolerant of our five year old daughter. Shawn Whitlock (the owner) came out to check on the progress of the crew and out satisfaction several times. Because we were so happy with how things were going, we asked to expand the scope of the work a couple times. Each time, Shawn was happy to work with us and adjust his crew's schedule. When we were not satisfies with some of the trim work, he came out, took a look, and agreed that it was not what he had verbally told us would be done. Even though this was not specifically in the written proposal, he had his guys come back out and fix things up.

The employees were hard working, courteous and very helpful with the painting details we requested. There were some intricate details typical of houses built at that time and Whitlock did a great job of highlighting them without "going out of the lines". When they left they cleaned up the area very well. I was very pleased.

I was remote when this job was done, but I felt confident with them. They delivered.

I had another contractor back out at 8am on the day that painting had to be done (tenant moving in the following day). I called around and Mr. Whitlock was busy, but said he could try to squeeze us in between/after other jobs. All others just dismissed it. He met me there within an hour to figure out how many guys he would need. Around 2pm, a few guys came and got started, a few more joined around 5pm, and they finished up around 7:30. They did a great job, were very respectful, and worked very efficiently. Above all, I was impressed by the willingness to above and beyond the help me out of a bind. I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service. Thank You!

We were not there when the work was done, but the result was satisfactory.

The two drywallers arrived at my home early in the morning. They put booties on and checked the places that needed drywall. They put plastic down on the floor and over all furniture before beginning their work. They worked quietly and quickly with great efficiency. One man brought an area that could use plastering and asked if I wanted it done. They cleaned up everything inside and out. I was very happy with their work and work ethics. Would recommend them to anyone needing their service.

It was a pleasure working with Shawn and his team. From scheduling the estimate to performing the services, the Whitlock team was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I appreciated that Shawn always answered his cell phone when I called to schedule the estimate, to shedule the service and to confirm our service date. We will absolutely use Whitlock, Inc. again when the need arises!

I phoned the owner to ask for a quote on a project that we needed completed prior to the holidays. He came out that same evening and arranged for his crews to come out the next morning. We were very fortunate that they had a break in action and they were able to accomodate us.

The crew arrived promptly at 8am and worked much of the day. They primed and painted the ceiling that had been recently repaired. The also painted the walls and the trim.

They were the cleanest, detailed, and hardest working painters we've ever had.

The job went perfect. We have used him before and he comes right away when we ask him to do some work. He does the work really quickly.

Professional and on time but job quality itself was poor. Detail work very sloppy, got paint on the carpet, and missed spots on the wall.
