wheaton, moved my 6 bedroom home from lbk tx to knoxville Tn. Large load. Debbie garrison my adjustor called me to say "you have one year to file the claim' I had paid extra to put things in storage and move things to my apartment. separate fees were charged, and fully paid in advance. I took inventory, damages to dresser, bookshelves, ottomans, frames, and no hardware to put bed, desk, dining table etc together. (lost by Hart moving). I looked over my paperwork and it stated, I only have 9 mos to file claim. I called Debbie Garrison and asked her "why would you lie about such a detail." from then, situation deteriorated. She first denied the whole claim. after 7mos of bickering (she would not let me change to another adjustor), she finally agreed to pay a fraction of charges for broken cargo. Repeated emails and wasted heart beats later, to get a mere $1500 refund for my furniture, they destroyed.
