I called this morning to have the work done at a rental unit. He sent someone immediately and the work was finished a short time later. Refreshing to have a job done quickly and correctly!

The provider was terrific. Doug called me immediately back to schedule services. He arrived at my home on time and was very friendly. He was incredibly efficient and explained the service. I highly recommend this provider and will use them again.

The Provider was very professional and knowledgeable about what was doing. He worked quickly and neatly. When he finished he offered to clean up the shavings from drilling into door. He was in and out in under an hour. Before leaving he instructed me about how to operate the new lock.
I will definitely use this Provider in the future.

Welworth Lock Company does really good work and has great products. We have been using them since 1999 and they have done several things for us. The quality of their work is excellent and they are professional and reliable.

He did an excellent job with me and even came very early in the morning at 9am for my service request. He arrived on his way into his office. It was very accommodating.

I called several companies and Welworth was the cheapest- both on service call and hardware (locks and keys). They answered all my questions. They were able to come out the week I called. They were on time and within quoted budget. I would use them again.

The provider was able to help me find a less costly solution for my needs and I was very pleased with the results.

They had to come and redo the locks.

Welworth Lock Company was very friendly. They've been around for a long time, family business. I'm always happy to work with folks and know their products. They made two different kinds of keys for me for free and told me to go check which ones worked. They only charged me only about a dollar a key to have several keys made.

Called Welworth to change the locks on four entry doors and make extra keys. The locksmith arrived at the appointed time, and quickly completed the job. He was freindly, proffessional and the price was reasonable. If I need a locksmith again I will call them first.

They were very prompt, easy to work with and did a great job.

I moved to Indianapolis not too long ago and needed a key made for the entrance to my apartment building. I first tried Wal-Mart and they stated they do not make keys that large. I then tried the hardware store next to Marsh downtown Indy and they to told me they could not perform the services but referred me to Wellworth. I went to wellworth yesterday and the people working were super friendly. They even had their dog in the office behind the counter which I thought was homey. I showed the man the key i needed made and instantly said we can do that. I was thrilled. Price seemed to be very fair and the key works great! I will definitely use Wellworth in the future.

I was referred to this company by everyone I asked. Was told if the job could be done, that these were the right people. They rekeyed an old peanut machine for only $15. I also had an old skeleton type key for a safe I wanted duplicated. Unfortunately, this type of key was so old, that they have never carried a master to match it...since 1925. I would use them again.

They performed as expected, when expected and at the price range expected.

They are friendly and quick. There is free parking just behind the store. They are very convenient to downtown of course. Just walking into the place and looking around is a step into the past – but I have the impression they also keep up on technology. They are very unlikely to tell you, “we don't have a blank for that key.”

Gave immediate service and took about five minutes. Very courteous and service oriented.

GOOD. THE KEY WORKED FINE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE ONLY PARKING AVAILABLE WAS ON THE STREET. I WAS LUCKY TO GET A SPACE FOR I WENT IN THE MORNING. PARKING COULD BE HARD TO FIND NEAR THE STORE.

I have been suggesting (ha) that we get a duplicate set of keys for our car for some time. We were downtown and my husband remembered this company from years ago when he had official keys made for professors at college - needed all sorts of documentation. We found it. They were able to make the keys while we waited. If we go ahead and replace the lock on the front door, we will use this company.

I called. The service person came out the same day and at the exact time that he said he would. I believe this is a family-owned company. The price seemed reasonable enough. I didn't look around elsewhere. The service person was prompt, professional, and friendly. The service person did the job quickly and then was out of my hair. He also fixed the wood on my door a little to allow for a deadbolt.

I CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON AND STATED WHAT I NEEDED DONE AND EMPHASIZED THAT I WANTED THE REPAIR TO LOOK ORIGINAL. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE WELWORTH REP CALLED TWICE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND ASKED ME WHAT TIME I WOULD LIKE HIM TO COME OUT. HE ALSO CALLED ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING. THEY OBVIOUSLY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE REPAIR BECAUSE THE REP CAME TO THE JOB WITH JUST THE PART I REQUIRED. HE ALSO REPLACED THE CYLINDER IN MY TOP LOOK. THE REPAIR LOOKS 75 YEARS OLD JUST LIKE MY HOUSE.
