Brian did an amazing install, the next day after we called him. Our regular water heater broke one month out of warranty. We decided to go tankless. The complex install job was smooth and they removed the old water heater as well. The finished product is a quality piece of work. We were impressed by the attention to detail. We highly recommend Waterworks.

Brian was scheduled to install the new kitchen equipment on the same day that a trim carpenter and the electricians were scheduled. He arrived around noon, but the electricians were pretty much using the entire kitchen for their part of the remodel project.
Instead of complaining, he ate lunch in his truck, made preparations to do the plumbing and then attached the faucets to the sink so things would be ready to install when the electricians were finished.
As soon as the electricians were finishing up, Brian was busy installing. He worked quickly and efficiently. In about two hours he had measured and cut the sink hole in the new counter-top, installed the sink with faucets already attached, installed the filtered water faucet, attached the garbage disposal and installed all new drain piping with P-trap.
Since it was about 5:00 PM I figured he would return to finish the dishwasher, but I was wrong. He had the dishwasher installed and wired in about 30 minutes.
He tested all of the plumbing for leaks and there were no leaks first time around! With all of the connections he made, that is something to brag about in itself.
He proceeded to clean up and put away his tools.
In summery, he worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. You can see in my photo under the sink what a neat job he did arranging things so the dishwasher hoses don't get in the way of the faucet spray hose. His solder joints were neat and secure and he was pleasant to us and the other sub-contractors.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Brian again or refer him to my friends.

My wife woke me up one morning at 5:15 AM to inform me that the shower was running lukewarm at best. Upon opening the door to the basement, I knew my fairly ancient water heater was done for: there was water pooling all over the floor. I turned off the water & gas supplies, then sent an e-mail off to Waterworks' "sister" company who were helping me with a kitchen remodel. They responded around 8:30 AM after getting into the office. After getting me a quote, I booked Brian around 11 AM to come out around 2 PM. Brian showed up nearly on time(he did, after all, have to go to the warehouse to pick up the heater)and got to work immediately. He was done with everything in about 3 hours. We had hot water about an hour later, right around the time my wife got home from work.

Excellent job. Timely and efficient. Makes sure it's done right. Really no reason to ever use a different plumbing company.

The work was performed to my expectations, was professional and timely.

Brian was outstanding. This was not an easy job. We were satisfied 2 hours into the job. But, he had to make it perfect and it sure was.
