WANAMAKER FLOOR COVERING

Provider ripped off our installer and did not pay him.  Installer did his best but provider has a reputation for not paying his sub contractors. Buyer beware.. 

Overall results were very good. We contracted with Wanamaker Flooring to replace the carpet in our master bedroom and replace vinyl flooring in our kitchen and laundry area.
After the carpeting was installed, we noticed that the nap did not lay uniformly over the entire area even after it had been vacuumed several times. They immediately re-ordered the carpet and, once it arrived, installed it on our schedule with no charge.
they were extremely and apologetic for the problem.
The installation of the vinyl flooring went very smoothly and we are quite pleased with both areas.
Pete, one of the owners, was one of the installation crew each time and very accommodating to our concerns.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their service. They did a perfect job. Their customer service was great too!

Pete brought over what we needed, showed us how to cut the piece to work with the new tile. He did a great job applying filler and mixing colors to blend into knicks in kitchen floor. He went out of his way to save us a trip into his store to pick up the piece that matched our kitchen floor and he went out of his way to try and save us money by finding a piece in his shop and not having to special order the t connector. If we need any more flooring work we will ask Pete to give us a quote. When we asked what we owed him not knowing what to expect, he mentioned a modest sum only that would be fine. He definately went the exrta mile!

They were excellent. They charged a fair price and did exactly what they said they would do. I would use them again.

WORKERS CLEANED and PREPARED FLOORS FOR COVERING, WORK WAS VERY WELL DONE. FLOORS LOOKED LIKE NEW.
