Walls Mattress

Experience was fairly painless since there was no price negotiating. We were there for the Memorial Day weekend sale and did get free delivery and haul away of our old mattresses. Their info on Angie's says they carry Bowles but they do not have at this location. Also, were told that the Sealy set we purchased were exclusive to Walls and after purchase found the same Sealy model on the Internet (for less).

A good experience. Sales staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely no pressure and all of our questions were throughly answered.

We got a nice queen sealy mattress that is so comfortable. She helped us narrow down our options while staying within our budget. Great place.

We went to several places looking for a very firm, twin mattress. This place showed us what they had available, w/o trying to talk us into something we did not want. Ordered it, called, we picked it up, and it has served well. A little out of the way for us to go, but well worth the effort. We feel we could trust this place.

They did a great job and we are very satisfied.  They were prompt, courteous and very nice to work with.  The best part is that it fit just right.

Very well, as promised. Salesperson explained product at store and new construction details much better than at other chain stores. Prics were slightly less for comparable product. Delivered services as promised.

Walls helped me pick out an appropriate mattress for my needs and didn't try to upsell me, and  they delivered when they said they would.  Took away the old mattress and boxspring in 5 mins.  Quick in and out!  Thanks, Walls!  I will be using your company again for my other bedding needs .Kris Engelmann

Went there to look for a mattress for one of my kids. I needed a twin size mattress and they had several and a couple which met my needs in stock. We discussed price and "features" and I decided that I would buy from them, but couldn't that day because I did not have access to a vehicle at that time that was big enough to haul it. They do offers delivery and setup services, but all I really needed was to take it and I could do that myself.  I emailed him a couple of times about disposal of the old mattress and a couple of other minor points and he was  very responsive. He told me that they could deliver, setup and remove the old for $40 or I could just bring in the old one and they would take care of disposal. 

I finally got access to the vehicle that I needed and took them the old mattress. Jonathan wasn't there, but dealt with Tim, who gave me a good price on the mattress. I took in the old one and put the new one in the car and we concluded the transaction. Everything went smoothly and I felt treated well and that I had purchased a good quality mattress for a reasonable price. 

I also had a discussion with Jonathan about a custom mattress for our bed and he said that Bowles does that. We may explore that possibility more later.
