Arrived on time. Inspected entire pool area using scuba gear. Quickly located the leak source and made required repairs. Highly recommend!

John Wainscott seemed to know what he was doing and was confident that the leak repair would last and quot;several yearsand quot; before the light box needed to be pulled and replaced. After several weeks, I was again losing up to an inch of water a day and tried calling him back to take a look but he never returned my call after leaving multiple messages on both his business and personal mobile numbers. He only warranties his minor repair work for 30 days and I am starting to understand why- he just won't call you back within 30 days.
Apparently poor work and completely unresponsive in following up with customers- save your money and call someone else.

They were attentive, on time and professional! they found my problem and since it was just a small part the installed for the cost of the part. Wonderful service!

I would use them above any other leak detection company!

In freezing weather and extremely cold water, the owner came, put on his wetsuit, and jumped in the pool. He immediately found the leak, patched it, and repaired it.

He even offered to help recover the pool for me.

He got here on time, showed up when he said he was going to, and I had an overall great experience with him.

he did find the leak. However, we have a home warranty that covers the pool and he refused to give them a call so we could get reimbursed. He just didn't seem very interested in what he was doing.

Identified leak and plugged it. Am waiting on repair.

We've had a major leak problem in our pool, and had problems getting Wainscott to respond. The first time they put us on the schedule, the diver never showed. I called around 5 pm, and they had him call me directly. He called around 7:30, apologized for his day getting away from him and said he could come over the next afternoon because he was only booked in the morning.
At 4 pm, I called because Paul hadn't showed again. Turns out he was in the dive shop and still had another customer in front of us. He arrived at 6:30 and rushed through the repairs. A week later, we still had the problem, and called Wainscott to try again.
This time, Paul forgot his mask and asked to borrow one from us. When we didn't have one, he ran to the drugstore and bought a kiddie one. He spent 2.5 hours on this round fixing cracks, assured me he'd return if that didn't stop the problem, and I was decently satisfied this was over.
But by July 4th, we were losing massive amounts of water again, and on July 7, I called to say we were losing 4.25 inches of water a day, which in a pool our size is emergency levels. I understood they probably weren't available over the weekend, but I wanted to be on their list first thing Monday morning. I didn't hear from them until almost 2 pm on Tuesday. Again, I was told Paul was coming Wednesday in the morning. I'm writing this at 11 am on Thursday morning and no Paul and no return phone call, despite my leaving two messages that we were unhappy with this lack of response.
I've now called other companies on Angie's List to get my business.

Always a good experience. Working with John, you know your going to find out exactly where the leak is.

He stuck with the leaks in 95-degree weather. It was ungodly hot and I know some guys would have backed out. I was very proud that he stuck with the project and came back a second day to finish it. It is an older pool, about 35 years old. Everything that was tore up he put back immaculately. He had to even dig up concrete and you can't even tell by the way he cleaned it up because I had blue stones to put back on top of it. It was very neat and tidy. I was very happy.
