Just as promised.

We had 3 chairs reupholstered. Erica was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice as we looked through many fabric samples. The quality of work was outstanding. We would definitely use them again.

Initially things went well, but not so later. Vitian was very responsive when I first contacted the company. She scheduled an appointment very promptly and was very helpful in fabric selection. They picked up the sofa in early September, and I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to complete the project. (Beware! Vitian's contract says they are not held to ANY estimate of the time to complete.) After more than 8 weeks, having heard nothing about the status, I contacted Vitian's to ask about progress. They explained that they were having personnel issues, had not even started the work, and had many other orders to complete before mine. I asked if I would have the sofa by Thanksgiving, and was told no, but they promised I would have the completed sofa by the end of November. November 30 came and went. I contacted them again, feeling very irate. I felt that, due to the "other orders" comment, I was going to have to be the squeaky wheel. After I complained very bitterly, I was told it was their "goal" to have the sofa done by December 23. In fact, the finished sofa was delivered Dec. 13, and as a minor concession they waived the $100 delivery fee. The work is well done, and I have no complaints about that. My principal complaints with Vitian's are (1) that they failed to communicate proactively about about the delay in the work, and (2) that I very much resent having to get "nasty" in order to get the work completed.

Very well; was offered many leather options and told relative benefits of each. I took my cushions and chair to them. The cost was very reasonable. The job was completed in less than a month. However, an adjustment was needed and it was handled promptly and professionally. I recommend using Vitian's and will use again if I have a need.

I had a wonderful experience. Vitian's did a fabulous job on all my chairs - they look brand new by just getting the seats re-done. The staff was kind and courteous; they helped put my chairs in my car in the pouring rain when I went to pick them up! I highly recommend them and would go to them with any re-upholstery needs.

Fantastic! Exceeded our expectations with communication, price, and especially the job completed. Pleasantly surprised that the chairs that we had recovered looked better than the original manufacturing on them! Put the seats back on the chairs for my parents, removed the chairs from my dads truck and loaded them all back up for him again. Polite, easygoing, hardworking, finished sooner than original projected date- will definitely use again!

I am very pleased with my chairs!  They are lovely, well-crafted, and will now last me many more years.  I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous customer service and will definitely keep them in mind for any future furniture repair.

I took 2 old couch cushions to Vitian's for re-stuffing because they'd become quite saggy.  They didn't judge me for my old couch cushions and I received prompt service; the young woman was very polite and the price was reasonable.  The cushions were ready when guaranteed.  I was VERY happy with the results and hope to use them again soon!

Did a really nice job but took longer than expected -- but that was ok. I wasn't able to find the fabric I liked from the lines offered so they were  flexible in allowing me to furnish the fabric from another source. I appreciated this. Very nice to work with.

Vitian had worked on an old Morris chair of ours several years ago and did great work, so we called on her again to shore up the sagging seats on a rocker and stuffed chair.  Once again she did excellent work, contacted us by email when there was a question about how to proceed, and returned them promptly.  The chairs look wonderful.  It is a pleasure to do business with her.

Owner was very nice and personable.  There was some confusion about which fabrics we chose once the chairs made it back to the shop, but the communication was good.  One of the chairs apparently broke in transit and the movers that were contracted claimed they picked it up that way from our house.  Owner never even bothered us to ask if this was true as it clearly was not.  She brought the chairs back herself rather than use the same movers.  The price seemed fair and the work was very good.

The experience was great, very friendly, responsive, collaborative.   We received good ideas for colors and fabrics that would work in our home.  We felt the vendor was knowledgeable about how to recover our older wing back chairs based on an in home visit and evalution.   We bought a deal and applied this to the pickup and delivery.   The chairs were completed in the timeframe expected. 
Quality was a disappointment and we would have expected the issues to be identified and corrected prior to delivery.   There are areas on the chair where the piping is not lined up properly and an area on the back of one chair where there is gap/tear at a corner. This tear doesn't show much but may expand at some point.   We have not called to ask for this to be repaired.   It appears that the that repairing the tear would mean recovering the entire back of the chair based on the location.  The cushions are overstuffed and we were told that this was to be expected and that the cushions would relax over time and with use.   Both cushions still stick up - we don't sit in these chairs that often.   One cushion is slightly shorter than the other - probably looks shorter due to the overstuffing.    Overall, the chairs are average quality.   Perhaps these are difficult to recover, but the previous vendor that recovered the chairs in another state did a much better quality job.   We planned to contact the vendor to determine if anything can be done, but have held off since we are considering selling the chairs. 

They're just really knowledgeable about what kind of material they should use and recommending things, and also very quick.

After a bad experience with another re-upholstery company, we contacted Vitian Robinson about makiing new cushions for a glider we wanted to restore rather than replace. Vitian responded promptly by making an appointment, taking the glider to her shop, helping me to pick out an outdoor-safe fabric, and making new--and even better than original--seat and back cushions, delivering the completed project within three weeks! We're ready for summer!

The people I worked with were very professional.  They did an excellent job and I would use their services again.

chair picked up and fabric selected.  Promised to have it back to me by thanksgiving.  It was delivered2 days prior.  The arm to enable the foot rest to come up was not put on properly and provider said she would have her husband come after the holidays to fix it.  I have not heard from her since and the arm is still not fixed.
