They could not be so expensive. They're fine. We've just had them forever. I think they're too expensive. They're pretty good but there are some places we go that we can't use it.

It shouldn't take going through 50 prompts to talk to someone personally on the phone. I had to call them recently and it took me a long time to get someone. It was horrible. They're professional and nice on the phone, if you can get them.

I like their customer service they are always very helpful. I've never had any problems. I have used them for years.

My bill was $250.00 for three phones. I'm kind of done with them. I'm getting ready to drop them. They keep raising the price.  The quality is pretty good.

It costs me about $60 a month. I just spoke with them yesterday. She was kind enough to tell me that they would have a better offer coming up next month. I thought that was great.

I have no dislikes. I think the service is expensive compared to other countries, we have some friends that live in Europe and they just call at the costs of cellphone service here in the U.S. One of the reasons we picked Verizon was we've seen the advertisement on TV. They have the most widely available network in the U.S. and that's the reason we went with them. They were competitive. Their service is always available. We travel a bit and we've never had a problem with cellphone where it was available. Quality is excellent, it's as good as you're going to get on a cellphone. It is not the quality of the landline, cellphones have got a long way to go to duplicate the quality of a handset. It's not a data plan, we thought the data plan was too outrageous. We don't feel the need for a smart phone. I have not personally dealt with them but I have no problem with it. My wife and I went to get these phones, I went to a Verizon store and they were very professional. The service was excellent. They can answer every idiot question a retired engineer could come up with. I was impressed. They were knowledgeable, they moved the info from the old phone to the new phone very quickly. It was a very, very satisfactory experience.

They cover a lot of area. I always had good experiences with their customer service. They have always been nice to me, answered all my questions, and helped me on deciding on plans and things like that.

I have four lines and that are not all local. The signal at home is weak. I would recommend them because they have the widest coverage nationwide.

Phone was delivered to our home in two days and the new phone is operating fine.

Went to the Rockville store to obtain a battery for a in-warranty phone. Store sent us to another Wireless store telling us they did not have the battery in stock but the other store (Metro in Plainfield) did. Arrived at the other store to find that they also had no replacement battery in stock. They ordered one on-line. We called to complain to the first store and Lena apologized and informed us that they did have batteries in stock and she had one in-hand to come and get. Went back to the Rockville store and waited 20 minutes and finally left without a battery. The entire incident took about 2 and a half hours and we still have no battery for the cell phone.
