Velvet Touch Dry Cleaners

When I go into the cleaners I always show them exactly what I have. Both blouses were very expensive. Around $200 a piece. He gave me a claim ticket. When I picked them up they were both damaged. One of the blouses had a white spot on it. The other one had multiple white spots on the blouse. He told me how much I owed him at this point. I brought this to his attention. At this point he told me that I didn't have to pay. He did not deny messing up my blouses. At this point I called the police. They had a conversation without me in the building. The police officer told me that the man working said he did not damage the blouses. The police officer at this time just told me to file a complaint. The owner told the BBB that I was lying. He said that the clothing was already damaged. He said that he does not speak English well so it was hard for him to understand what I was saying.
