It was like $39 per dog. I didn’t like the way they groomed my dogs this last time. They didn’t groom them the way I wanted them to be groomed. They apologized and said next time they would try to do better. I keep going back to them because they are right up the street from me. The price is getting higher, that is why I keep using them. They are professional. I will use them for the time being.

I think I am paying $40 per dog now. This time I didn’t have any problem with them. Sometimes when I take the dogs in I wished they would groom them a little better. This last time was good. I take my dogs in every 3 months, but sometimes I’m not very pleased. What stool out the most is that I had to stand up and wait a long time for them. They tell me to hold because they have to answer the phone, and I have to stand there and wait. I have used them before. I have been using them for years, they are convenient.

They are very good. They really did a nice job. They gave us one of the you know . because the dog had a big like an infection and he had chewed it to where he had this huge raw thing on his leg. It will be 8 inches long about a inch wide and it was like gaping and you could see the tendons it was a mess. We just kept trying to to take care of it ourselves but it got worse so we took him down there and they were going do surgery and it was going to cost like two to three thousand dollars. Nobody had the money to do it. They gave him some antibiotics and some medicines and they cleaned it really good. They debrided and cleaned it really well wrapped it up a week later they took it off and this went on for about 4 or 5 weeks so then they always charge 30 or something dollars each week. I am saying the total with the medicines and the first visit and all that stuff was may be was like 300 or 400 compared to the thousands it was going to cost for surgery and it just was little . and took a little more time but it healed absolutely perfectly. It is actually . take care of a Great Dane. They were really sweet. They were really good with the dog very good with him. It was a very inexpensive alternative that we could afford and I appreciate that they had another option. It was not like pay the 3000 or put the dog down. They came up with an alternative. It really would have been distinctively ridiculous do to the surgery and spend that kind of money. His full leg was bandaged up and it did take a while for him to come around because he still had the infection. They think it might have been a spider bite. They never were able to really . it but they think it might have been that caused that. I think it was the ability to work with us on what we could afford was really appreciated. . They . only surgery is going work. They were able to find an alternative that worked some weeks longer to heal up just did a marvelous job. We did appreciate their willingness to work us.

We arrived about 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment. We were greeted warmly and they knew us by our Dog's name and immediately started the intake process. The veteranian ( sp ) examined our dog and determined, thankfully, that he had just strained his neck. The vet prescribed medication and bed rest for the dog for a couple of weeks. We checked out and have a scheduled follow up visit. Everything through the visit was well explained and they were willing to spend as much time as needed to answer any and all questions.

Requests for annual services for a healthy dog are spread out throughout the year causing a charge each month for the visit, plus the shots, cleaning, and etc..

The clerk who answered the phone told me that she refused to have it ready if I didn't make an appointment and have an unnecessary (as determined by the manufacturer) blood test done and paid for prior to asking the doctor if I may be given the medicine. I then asked the clerk to run my request past the doctor and she refused. I repeated my request and the arrogant clerk refused again. I asked to speak to the Medical Director and the clerk lied, telling me the Medical Director was not in. When I asked how they can be open without a doctor, the clerk rephrased her lie, telling me the doctor was and quot;in a room.and quot;

I then asked to have the Medical Director call me. I did not get a call from the Medical Director. Another staff member called and told me I may pick up the medicine.The clerk's arrogance by Giving Veterinary Orders is inexcusable. It is more than reprehensible. The clerk's refusal to honor my request to give my request to the veterinarian is also more than reprehensible. The clerk did give my message to have the Medical Director call me, but that should not have been necesary had the clerk honored my original request.

Clerks cannot give veterinary medical orders legally in Indiana. I now have a new veterinarian.

They are wonderful! They are just great and very helpful. They are very nurturing with my animals! They also follow up by calling to check on the car of your animal. I really love that about them.

It went very well. She immediately got the information from the vet and calmed me down because i was nervous. I would definitely reccomend this Vet office.

My cat needed an allergy shot and vaccinations. When I made the appointment I specified both. When we got there we went into a treatment room and waited almost 30 minutes for the vet (there didn't seem to be any other customers (all the treatment rooms looked empty). The vet was very nice, but she did not seem to handle cats very well. She then said since he was "worked up" we should wait some more for him to calm down. So we waited in the little room another 20 minutes. Then they came and took him to the back for his shots and exam. When they brought him back I asked "he did get the allergy shot, right?" She seemed confused that I actually wanted the allergy shot and had trouble finding the medication in his records. So, he got to be pulled out of his cage again and got the shot. I wasn't happy to have him taken away to be treated, I couldn't watch and ask questions. This cat is very good and calm, he's never acted up at the vet before. No one apologized at any time for the wait, but the vet did apologize several times for forgetting the allergy shot. The vet has been my vet for years (I have had lots of cats treated there), and the waits have been getting terrible. I'm done....

The vet, techs, and office staff here are great. The vet techs all love on my doggies. The vets that we have seen are great and always take time to explain things to me and address my concerns. Once, I was installing new window treatments and a screw went missing and I thought one of my dogs may have swallowed it. I called them hysterical and they fit me into their busy schedule. They are very caring and helpful. I never really have had to wait that long for my appointments.

Their service, since they have become VCA, is ever bit as well as it was when Dr. Lucke owned it. Dr. Welfare is great as well. My dog loves going there.
