I called and left messages with this company. Never received a return call. So I will not use their services in the future.

They will be replacing my roof in the spring. I like their professionalism.

I would think return calls are in order even if a company is busy, even if it is just to say "we are not taking any new service orders right now".

They are professional and have a friendly service. Excellent workmanship. They noticed other repairs that would benefit us and included them in the estimate. Yet their overall price was very competitive. I dealt with one of the owners, Rob Yeary, and he was very honest. I would not hesitate to use him again and I am recommending him to my friends and neighbors. It's so refreshing to find a businessman and a company like this one.

They did a good job and we are very pleased with their work!

Did an excellent job. Took a while because of the demand from the storm, but they were able to complete the job before I left town on vacation, working with me and the weather to be sure the job was completed without additional damage, even working past dark one evening.

They worked with our insurance agency for us and made multiple trips to our house for this job. We have been using them for over 15 years. They are easy to work with, very neat, and do a wonderful job.

They gave the estimate efficiently and effectively. They told me they would send me a proposal. I didn't receive it until about three weeks later. Once I received the proposal, it was almost $800 more for the roof and $350 more for the gutters than the other estimates I received.

They never showed or called back. I even called them a second time, still with no response. An estimate was never obtained. They come highly recommended by friends, so I hate to give them such poor remarks. I think I just fell through the cracks in the chaos of the widespread hail damage.

Took 2-3 weeks to get on schedule. I had to call back after time given to see if I was on the schedule yet. Gary came out after a couple of days and measured the roof. Never heard from them again.

We were very happy w/the company, the owners, and the installers (and foreman). They worked efficiently and completed the job in two days. They saw things that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor... They rectified these problems in the new installation. We would definitely use them again and we will continue to recommend them whenever we can.

They were very professional and timely, and gave us a written estimate. I didn't use them because I found someone a little less expensive.

I talked with female that answered phone, I was advised that the turn around time for estimates was November and the roofing work would not be done until spring 07. I did not want to wait that long so, I called other companies.

Company was very easy to work with and patiently answered all of our questions. Price was very competitive. Crew installed the new roof in about a day and a half. They ensured everything was covered and protected before leaving the first night. Clean-up after the job each day was very good.

So far I am satisfied. I feel they are going to do the work the way I want, and correctly.

At first I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the company. I called on a Friday and on Monday there was a card in my door to let me know they were there measuring. Then after 2 weeks with no quote, I called them. The response was I should have the quote mid next week. Mid next week- no quote. I called and left a message, no return call. I called again and was told once again I should have the quote mid next week. Nothing. During that call I even said that if they were too busy because of the hail storms and simply could not quote, I understood (they have finally taken my advice), I would not be angry or put off, but I was assured that mid next week I'd have the quote. So when I didn't get I called and told the person on the phone that I needed a response on my fax when I got home- a quote, a letter saying they were too busy, or a letter telling me to go away. I threatened an F on Angie's List if there was no response- I got the quote so I gave them a D.

I called the company to get an estimate for a new roof. They returned the phone call quickly. They were not scheduling estimates for two months, and they were not scheduling any work to be done until the spring.

They did a good job and seem to be very professional.

Everything they did was fantastic. They were very polite and very nice. They cleaned up everything.

They said they could not get somebody out until next year, and the work would not be done until next spring.

We appreciate the honesty and friendly attitude when we called. They said they'd try to get out for estimate since we're in the process of purchasing this house. They didn't actually come but I even appreciate that because they're busy providing service to customers in line ahead of us. I will definitely consider them for any future jobs.

I scheduled them to come out on June 27, 2006 to look at some damaged decking; they came four weeks early by mistake (which by itself is forgivable). When they did arrive (we were not home), they provided an estimate for an entire new roof with tear-off and new gutters. I called them back and asked if they were still planning to come on the originally scheduled date, they said yes. No one showed. Gary later called and asked if I had received their estimate (which I did not need) and I explained all of this to him. And he says, "Oh, okay, bye." Seriously, c'mon Gary. No apologies, no attempt to reschedule. I am not impressed with this company's professionalism and cannot recommend them to anyone. I know it is an extremely busy time right now for roofing companies, but there is no excuse for bad attitudes and lousy customer service. If anything, they should be glad for all the revenue that the insurance companies are dumping on them from the hail storm this past spring.

The individuals answering the phone are very nice, but do not seem to know when the estimators will actually get to your home. The last lady I spoke to told me she didn't think the estimators had gotten to my area of town yet. I had concerns each time that the company could not confirm that I was on a list somewhere. They took my information each time I called and they could never tell me whose list I was on. I believe I was more than patient in this instance and that the company should have gotten to my house by now.

Their Angies List description noted that they were 1 week out on returning calls due to excessive calls. I called knowing this to inquire about a roof inspection (hail damage). I left a message and was called back in 10 minutes and was informed that they were too backlogged to take on any more jobs. I congratulate this company for recognizing their limits and being honest and upfront about it. I wish more service companies followed this approach. I will call them again, should I ever need roofing services in the future.

They were very good, in particular, they had a young man who was a sophomore at Purdue, who was fluent in Spanish and his crew was Spanish. His name was Justin and he was quite a young man.
