I have some Spanish capabilities, and these guys spoke very poor English. It wasn't very easy to get them to understand what we wanted, but when they finally did understand they did a good job. Got the estimate and had new roof installed about four weeks later. No problems at all, they completed new roof installation in one day. Very satisfied with work performed.

They did a great job. They did my roofing after the hailstorm several years ago, and I ended up using them for my gutters as well. There was a delay in arranging the work because of the rain, but they came out the first sunny day they could. They got the gutters done in around 2 1/2 hours. It rained today, and I could really tell a difference. Their quote was good, and I was very happy with their work.

Last year I had very high gas bills, so I thought I better get the attic insulated this year. I looked on Angie's List and called Universal because they offered a coupon. Rob Yeary the owner came out and was very familiar with the type of old houses in my neighborhood. He gave me information on insulation and the R factors. His office called me to tell me when the guys would be out to insulate and they were there within two weeks. I moved everything out of the attic for them. The insulation installers were professional and very considerate. They made absolutely no mess and ran the big hose to blow the insulation through an open upstairs window. The whole thing only took an hour or so. When they were done I looked at the attic and decided to have them blow in a little more in an area they didn't think I wanted covered. They came back with more insulation and did it for me and did not charge me extra. I love this company and will use them again for window, roofing, or siding needs.
