Great!!!!!!

They went over and above to get the results because I had a leak somewhere in my water line and they couldn't figure out where it was. Someone else had put in the system but they dug down and found what was wrong. They had to dig 3 or 4 feet down, replace the pipe and replace the valve. I really appreciate it. They got back to me really quickly and saved me lot of money. I use them all the time because they are excellent. I spent $600 on this job. I got another estimate where they were going to come out with a back hoe and just dig up the whole line; that was going to cost me about $2500. Underground Sprinklers was honest and told me the truth and what it would be. They explained the whole thing and even after they had replaced the sprinkler pipe, the guy went ahead and showed me what was done and everything else. I asked him how he was going to dig in the cold ground and he said it would cost too much to get a back hoe. They are great, honest and very punctual. They get right back to you when they say they are going to be somewhere. They are on time or early. I would recommend them to anyone for any irrigation stuff or the water leak issue. They have always done good work for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Overall this was a very positive experience. They had a pretty competitive price, because I did get some estimates from others. I felt like the job they did was worth what I paid. They were fairly quick in getting us an estimate and starting the work. They were fairly responsive which we ve been happy about as we work some bugs out of this system.

Everything was great! We are going to have him back soon to take care of the flower beds as well.
