Storage
The facility has a locked gate and both drive-up and inside storage areas. They used to be Metro Self Storage. The managers keep the driveways and lawn areas clean. The office hours were recently cut back a little, so I have to plan ahead - I like to pay in person and get a receipt upon payment. The price increases to keep abreast of other storage units in the Broad Ripple and Glendale area. They give the first month's rent to new tenants for $1, but no rent break for long-term tenants (I asked for one.) Sometimes they are not in the office during regular hours and there is a "Returning At..." plastic clock in the window. I have returned at that time, waited 10 or 15 minutes and had to leave.
