Overall, I'm satisfied with the work, but if you go there, keep in mind that the office part and the paperwork might not go as smooth as the actual installation work.

I reserved a rental van over the website. I couldn't get through on the phone to confirm the van was there (website had said it was being returned) until about 1/2 hour after pickup time, and when I got there he was busy helping someone hookup a trailer so I waited a while, but he was very courteous and professional, and the return went very quickly. He didn't charge anything for the fifteen minutes we went over the two hour reserved time. I would recommend rental from this business

This location isn't convenient for me anymore so I doubt I would use them again.

My experience with UHAUL was wonderful. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The truck was clean, odor-free, and ran without issue. The process of checking the truck out, and then back in again was smooth and very quick.

Their prices are a bit higher than, say, Budget ($19.99+$0.99 per mile vs $14.99+$0.79 per mile), but from some stories I've heard about Budget's quality, I believe the extra cost was worth it.

I have used this company often. The office is run by some younger guys who work in a casual atmosphere. They were helpful in teaching me how to drive the truck. They have a convenient location. They are flexible and they know their inventory.

We were planning to utilize their self-storage service since they are close to home for us, but changed our mind after this experience. Considering their failure to accept responsibility for this booking error, there's no way we'd trust our personal belongings to their facility. I informed the manager that I was very displeased and that I felt this was an example of poor customer service, to which he replied "I don't know about that." I know of no other way to describe an error of entering a two day reservation as a single day as anything but poor service nor did I consider his lack of interest in accepting responsibility for the mistake or seeking an equitable solution to be an example of anything other than poor service. We will not do business with this U-Haul location again.

Called on Thursday for a Saturday morning rental. This took about 3 minutes to reserve the truck over the phone. The price was very good. They do charge $1.00 per mile, but since we were going under 20 miles the overall charge was way under a couple of other companies I called. The truck was clean, and they even included padding and a dolly at no charge. They also have a very good selection of packaging materials. We found tape prestamped with room names such as kitchen, family room, etc. to mark our boxes with. What a great time savings! The gentleman behind the desk was courteous and processed everything in a reasonable amount of time. I would use this center again for renting a truck to move items myself.

They did not have a vehicle available for me but referred me to someone that was very helpful. Outstanding.

I arrived at lunch time on a Friday, and the guy working was swamped. He worked very hard, and was attentive (to the best of one man's ability) to each customer. He made sure the trailer was secure to my minivan and ready to go.

EMPLOYEE HOOKED UP TRAILER AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS. AFTER LOADING TRAILER & TRAVELING ABOUT 1 MILE, TRAILER GOT FLAT TIRE. CALLED U-HAUL & WERE GIVEN 1-800 # TO CALL FOR FIX. TIRE REPAIR WAS DISPATCHED WITH ESTIMATED ARRIVAL IN 60-90 MINUTES. WE WAITED ABOUT 95 MINUTES FOR ARRIVAL, BUT THE TIRE WAS FIXED QUICKLY. REMAINDER OF TRIP WAS UNEVENTFUL & U-HAUL EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL THROUGHOUT PROCESS.

I RESERVED A TRUCK ON U-HAUL'S WEBSITE WHICH GUARANTEED A TRUCK (FOR A $5 FEE). I THEN CALLED THE 800 NUMBER TO CONFIRM MY RESERVATION AND SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE WHO SAID I WAS ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED A TRUCK. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JOLIE AT THE U-HAUL ON MICHIGAN RD WHO SAID THEY RECEIVED MY ONLINE RESERVATION AND WEREN'T ABLE TO SUPPLY A TRUCK. I ASKED WHY THEY WOULD CALL IT A RESERVATION IF THEY DON'T GUARANTEE A TRUCK AND SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE CALLED U-HAUL, AND THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT. BUT, I DID CALL! IF THEY CANNOT GUARANTEE A RESERVATION, THEIR WEBSITE SHOULDN'T OFFER ONLINE RESERVATIONS. THEN JOLIE TOLD ME I SHOULD CALL HER THE DAY BEFORE TO SEE IF SHE HAS A TRUCK AVAILABLE ... UH, U-HAUL SHOULD CALL ME SINCE THEY DIDN'T MEET THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. SHE ALSO DIDN'T HAVE A TRUCK AVAILABLE FOR THE TIME I NEEDED. WHEN YOU HAVE FAMILY COME INTO TOWN TO HELP YOU MOVE, YOU CANNOT WORK AROUND THE MOVING COMPANY'S SCHEDULE! THEY SHOULD WORK AROUND YOU.
