Scheduling called me the night before to confirm we would be there at 10AM as scheduled to pick up the two 26' trucks. Asked that I come later, which was not an option, as we had people scheduled to help. When I did not reschedule the man said "Fine" and propmtly hung up. When we arrived to pick them up the reservation was incorrect, altough I had the confirmation emails and texts. We ended up with 14' and a 20' trucks. Moving from Noblesville to Indy with a lot of furntiture, we were not suprised that it took two trips with the small trucks. Had we gotten what we reserved, we could have done the move in one trip with no problem. Upon returning the two small trucks there were several 26' trucks in the lot. They tried to charge us $500 for the two. Finally, they agreed to give a discount due to the incorrect reservation...my husband was FURIOUS. I will never use nor recommend them again. Terribly unprofessional and disorganized. Customer Service skills are NILL.

U-Haul were very helpful. I had no problems at all.

I would recommend them. Lot of people try to list one price but U-Haul charges whatever you fill so you don’t have to pay the full amount. The price is good. I have only used the one on Bash Rd; I couldn't tell you how the rest of them deal in the city.

The installation work done was excellent. The staff had some problems while taking the order, scheduling the work, and finishing the paperwork afterwards. The manager had to get involved to assist several times.

Needed information was obtained from their website, then this location was called to reserve a trailer and have a hitch installed. The trailer was pulled one-way to Tucson, AZ.

This was by far the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. I reserved the truck and service online and then received confirmation the following day. When I went to pick up the truck we were able to march right up to the counter and pick up our truck within 15 minutes (unheard of compared to my past experiences with rental companies). Probably the best part of the experience was that I wasn't surprised by hidden costs! I was aware of the mileage and rental charge as well as everything else purchased. I ended up putting more gas in the truck and filling it to full, so the associate compensated me for that (I didn't even have to bring it up)! Overall a good experience and customer service. I would use this location again for small moves if needed. It worked out well.

Rented a moving truck with appliance dollies and sold cardboard boxes for moving. Price on the truck was reasonable with no hidden costs. The price of the boxes was way too much.

I CALLED THE 1-800 GO-UHUAL NUMBER ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE MY ACTUAL MOVE, NEEDING AN EARLY MORNING SATURDAY MOVE. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THIS AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL CONFIRMING MY PICK-UP TIME. I GAVE A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE MAKING SURE THAT I HAD A RESERVATION. A WEEK LATER I STILL HAD NOT HEARD A WORD. I CALLED AGAIN,THIS TIME (CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AS EVER) I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE MOVE. I TOLD THEM AT THAT TIME WHAT SIDE OF TOWN I LIVED ON AND TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO MY HOME (THEY CHARGE 99 A MILE) AND IF THEY COULD NOT TO PLEASE LET ME KNOW B4 HAND SO I COULD FIND SOMEONE CLOSER. ANOTHER WEEK PASSED AND IT WAS GETTING CLOSE TO MOVE TIME. I CALLED THURSDAY BEFORE THE SATURDAY MOVE (STILL RUDE) WANTING TO KNOW THE STATUS. NOW I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS SET AND THEY WOULD CALL BY FRIDAY 5PM. 5PM FRIDAY CAME AND WENT I CALLED THAT NIGHT TO BE TOLD THAT I HAD A RESERVATION FOR 11AM AT A PLACE NOWHERE CLOSE.

AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION I WAS TOLD THEY INSTALLED WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR AND THEY DIDNT MAKE A 2 INCH HITCH FOR MY VAN. I HAD WATCHED MR. MECHLING, THE GENERAL MANAGER, LOOK THE HITCH UP IN A BIG ORDER BOOK. I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH FOR THE CORRECT HITCH TO BE ORDERED IN. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD INSTALLED THE INCORRECT HITCH MR. MECHLING REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. HE DID SAY HE COULD PUT SOME SORT OF PART ON TO ENLARGE IT TO 2 INCHES. THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THE HANDICAPPED SCOOTER AND METAL CART SAID THE HITCH WOULDNT BE STRONG ENOUGH WITH THE MODIFIED HITCH. I INSISTED MR. MECHLING REMOVE THE HITCH AND REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER MY THIRD VISIT TO U-HAUL ASKING THEM TO REMOVE THE HITCH, THEY DID, BUT MR. MECHLING CHARGED ME $20 FOR LABOR. MY ORIGINAL WRITTEN ESTIMATE WAS FOR $150. THEY NOT ONLY CHARGED $164.43 FOR THE HITCH AND LABOR, THEY ADDED $20 FOR LABOR TO REMOVE THE HITCH. MY REFUND WAS FOR $144.43. I FEEL THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME!
