Repairman arrived 30 minutes into a two- hour window; diagnosed the problem and made the repair-- all within 30 minutes.

Repairman said nothing was wrong with dryer, but he had to charge me a trip charge of $70. Repairman was at my house July 5. Two months later my dryer died and had to be replaced. Will never hire again.

The refrigeration side of our fridge stopped working. Turner was very good at fitting us in last minute but if works needs done it will be a different guy. The first guy who came out said we needed a new motor. Cost was around $370. We scheduled a follow-up for them to install the motor. We had it scheduled between 4-6. I got a call around 2pm from different guy as expected. This tech said he was 5 minutes from our house. I advised that the appt was for between 4-6. This guy said all the info he has is that he has a motor and our garage door code. I explained what the first guy said. I then got a call later from the 2nd who told me he was unable to get the motor because something the protective cover of the motor apparently was frozen solid and he was unable to get to the motor. He suggested i unplug the fridge of at least 24 hours and that might take care of our issue and we save the cost of the motor replacement. I want to thank the 2nd guy because once we did that it now works again. I called the office and explained what happened and i was told the first guy that came out might have misdiagnosed. I was also told the 1st guy didn't have as much experience as the 2nd guy. I will hire again but will make sure their best experienced guy comes out if we need them to .

Turner Appliance was great. I went into the showroom and found a variety of used washers. Rick was very helpful and understood our problem. He explained the Maytag was the best. There was a Maytag washer available and could be delivered same day! They delivered August 29, 2018 and hooked up the washer and attached the dryer vent along with changing the dryer door to open left, which was more convenient. William and John were super fast and efficient even though it was a hot sticky day.

Very well for us. It was a difficult to diagnose problem, and one costly to repair. Turner was very accommodating. They replaced the suspect part and guaranteed that if that part did not solve the problem they would refund the cost of the part which they did.

When I called, the receptionist did not ask for model or serial number, just made the appointment with severe efficiency which some consider being professional. She told me I would be charged $70 for the technician to come out. The technician, Steve, was early, but had called to ask if that was acceptable. That was fine. He was pleasant, walked over to my oven, opened and shut the oven door and said, "I know what's wrong. It's the bake element". I asked how he knew that and he said, "That little blue dot on the oven wall shows me where the element burned out." I realized I'd noticed that dot but didn't know what it meant. "Unfortunately, I don't have the element in my truck." Of course not, since I hadn't been allowed to give model number. "So, will I be charged another $70 when you come back?" "No." He pulled the oven out and checked to make sure electricity was going to the element. Because I asked, he pushed 2 buttons to Preheat and checked the broiler element. and then told me it would cost $247.69 to repair. I wasn't going there! So I asked if he wanted my check for $70.00. "It will be $80. $10 for the service time." You mean the 10 seconds it took you to open my oven door and see the blue dot the receptionist could have asked me to look for and then ask me for model number so he could have brought it! I have since looked over the pink copy he left me. I would be charged $91.30 for a $45.99 part (I found it online from the maker - $62.04 taxes and shipping) leaving $76.30 charged to me for what? since he's told me I wouldn't be charged another $70 for him to return. Maybe that charge would be for the 2 1/2 minutes it would take him to install it. (Yes, I found a YouTube video showing how to replace this element - 2 1/2 min. from removing the oven rack to finish.) This is outrageous!

Very friendly and helpful tech. Arrived exactly on time and had the fridge working again in less than 30 min. Will definitely use Turner for any appliance repairs in the future.
