UPDATE to the 'D' review I posted 2 days ago: I have great respect for a company who reaches out to an unhappy customer, admits they made a mistake & immediately offers to make it right. We're all human, right? I will not hesitate to call Turner Appliance the next time I need service!

To repair washer wasn't cost efficient. I was given several options by the technician however I decided to purchase a new one.

Range to big. He only charged service charge.

I followed an on line diagnostic that was supposed to tell you what part was needed. That part was no longer available. I was considering the purchase of new units when I decided to give repair a change. Turner Appliance had high rating and responded to my inquiry before other services. They were prompt with their appointment. After a few minutes they diagnosed the problem as a bad pump. The on line diagnostics missed that one. Turner replaced the pump and cycled the washer. They were in and out in half an hour and we were doing wash after that. They did a very nice repair and cleaned up after themselves. I will use again.

The repair person had to order the needed part. repair was made in a timely manner.

Technician (Matt) rapidly diagnosed problems and provided needed advice and repairs. Was reasonable and while repairs on two different days only one service call charge.

Performed required cleaning to maintain quality. Said to wait on dryer drum to save money.

Great. Jeff arrived on time and checked everything out - belts, hoses, heating, etc. were in good working order. Recommended that I purchase some washing machine cleaner and run it through before my first full wash cycle.

Tech explained what caused the problem and fixed it quickly.

They had to order the part and installed as quickly as possible. I was pleased with the service.

2 different repairs as they failed a few months apart. Similar positive experience with both. The first tech diagnosed the failed motor within a few minutes which honestly surprised me, until he took the time to verbally and physically break down the dryer explaining each piece and the symptom if it had been that piece had been the problem .. should have just trusted the 30yrs exp. The washer was a royal pain, it was leaking but nearly impossible to find where. The tech came out and tried multiple methods but it would leak. He gave us his number and asked to be called the moment we saw new water in the pan .. he is here in 15mins of the call and NOW the leak was obvious .. really odd washer but very impressed the the knowledge and service focused attitude of the tech. In the end both units would have cost more to repair then replace and Turner provided a detailed estimate allowing me to submit it to my Costco CCard for re-reimbursement. While I will never by Samsung appliances again as both failed within 2 yrs. I will continue to call Turner with an appliance issues.

Turner was amazing. My son set our old microwave on fire and we had 75+ people coming the next day for a large party. I needed it replaced that day. Turner found a technician who squeezed us in. He was clearly in a hurry to get on to the next job, but took the time to explain what he was doing at each step of the process. Taking the extra time to make sure i was comfortable when I knew he was going out of his way to fit me wasn't necessary but I really appreciated it. The microwave went in easy, and works great!

Just OK. First guy was barely on-time. Took four trips to repair the dryer. The second guy had to fix the work the first guy did. Overall it ended OK and the pricing was fair, but it was far from a smooth transaction. I would probably use them again because they made it right in the end, but they're earning their way back up from mediocre at this point.
