Completed the job in less than an hour and tub leak is fixed permanently

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They are cheaters and liars.

Took my tub from horrible to looking lik brand new. Very reasonably priced. Really nice guy too.

Great. Honestly looks better than when it was brand new and they put an anti slip coating on the tub.

I called Tub Doctor and they showed up the very next day. Took him about an hour to do the work. You have to know where the chips were in order to really tell where the repair was made. The tub looks great. THANKS!

We contacted Joel about reglazing our bathtub, which was about 11 years old and starting to rust due to normal wear/tear.  Joel provided us an estimate of $345 to strip and reglaze the tub and add a non-slip surface to the bottom of the tub.  He was very professional and friendly.  He taped off all the tile around our tub and flooring with contractor paper and removed the drain. 

The stripping and glazing took approximately 5 hours and he came back the next day to put the drain back in and caulk around the tub.  We were able to use the tub the following day - he began the project Wednesday morning and we were able to use the tub again on Friday morning.

Very nice job and will definitely recommend to others.  Joel is very friendly and did a great job with work and clean up.

I had originaly scheduled Joes to reglaze one tub, becaue I was skeptical that the rust stains from the well water could ever be removed. After reglazing, the bathtub was absolutely beautiful - bright, white, clean, spotless. I was so plesed, I rescheduled Joel to reglaze three more tubs and a sink. The sink had a crack and was an under-counter mount and a little difficult to access, however,  when Joel was fnished he had sealed the crack and the sink looked like new. Very impressed.  Very affordable.

He did an excellant job. I had tried many times to clean a stain off of the tile and wasn't able to. He came in and took it right off. I was so pleased.

He was 1/2 hour late but did call and let me know. He originally told me 8 hours but he brought help and ending up taking about 6 hours. He vented the room so the fumes would go outside. He also did a good job of taping off the area to protect the area. I know he sanded, primed and resurfaced the shower stall.

Overall experience was terrific! He was on time, worked very hard, professional, even cleaned my walk because it snowed the day before. Work was perfect, It took longer than he expected, but he kept to his quote even though he had to come back part of an extra day. Highly recommended.

The initial work on 5/9/06 was fine. It was at Joel's suggestion that he fill in the overflow holes. Within two months the areas he filled in started to bubble up. The sink itself started to show signs of rust in several places. I called and left messages three different times, and my calls were not returned. Finally got his daughter on the phone in mid-January, and we made an appt. for a couple of weeks later. Forty-five minutes after the appointed time I called the number on his invoice, and he answered. Gave me some song and dance about having another job, and he guesses they just didn't call to tell me. It was important enough to me to take me away from my job, but evidently my time is not important to the Tub Doctor. I am very upset about this. It was a lousy job to begin with, and it seems he can't be bothered to repair it. I would certainly not ever recommend him.

Overall, the projects went very smoothly. We did have a few issues related to the timing of the work, but the work is completed now and his work is outstanding.

The gentleman doing the repair was late, but he called me to let me know he would be late. He was considerate and polite and took the time to do the job correctly.

Joel was a very nice man to perform the work. He gave a quote over the phone. His work was excellent. He did arrive late, but called to let me know he was running late. Price was very competitive compared to other companies.

Joel did an outstanding job. Sanded down the surface, filled in the cracks and then painted to match the tub. It is 100% invisible. Great job Joel....
