Really appreciated the company's immediate response to my short notice request. Contacted them on a Thursday and they were able to accommodate us within two days. They arrived on time and completed the job promptly. It was a messy job to begin with but the gentlemen made every effort to minimize the mess and cleaned up as the work proceeded.

I called Victor, the owner, Victor, on a Thursday to inquire about a quartz counter-top. By the next Wednesday, the counter-top had been installed at a very good price. The quartz is absolutely beautiful and the installation is perfect, complete with under-counter sinks. I changed my mind about the sinks and Victor allowed me to do the measuring so that I could have the sinks I wanted. I have never had a better product or service at a better price. Joyce Felton

The customer service is outstanding....They followed me to my house right after I picked out the slab I wanted to measure on a Tuesday, Wednesday they came to do the template and by Friday morning they installed. I was in a bind due to other well-known granite stone companies that were suppose to do the work (had ordered my cabinets from) and they told me that they would have it done in 1 week after cabinet installation. That didn't happen and then they didn't return my phone calls. Called TRU Marble & Granite and they came to my rescue. Everything could not have went more smoothly and I love my countertops!! Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed. They know what they are doing.

professional, curious and right on the money.

Encountered a lot of problems with the initial slabs I picked, but Victor worked with me to make sure the install still was done according to schedule. He even pointed out a flaw in the granite during installation and worked to get the slab polished to get the epoxy off. Very happy with the finished product! The price did increase a little after initial quote, but otherwise great experience.

Victor and his team do a great job. Great pricing, excellent customer service. Picked out the granite slab I wanted and it was in my kitchen 48 hours later!

Tru Marble delivered everything they said they would and more!!!! I will use them for all my stone slab needs!!!! Victor was true to his word which says alot in the type of business he is in.
