Locksmith Service
Called for an estimate. Was told to rekey was $25 per lock. Scheduled appt. They showed on time and took approximately 35 minutes to rekey 3 locks, was then given a bill for $364.95. Was not told that it was $50 labor per rekey or that a service call was $124.95! I specifically asked for an estimate which (at least in my opinion) should have included these items. I feel like I was definately taken advantage of. How can you quote $75 and then present a bill for over $300!
