Tom called back promptly. Our concern was given and he told us he would come to check out the problem but he would come later due to our location (out in the country Southwest of Indy). It was about a week before he was able to come. He was very prompt in his arrival and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a half hour of his arrival. He also gave my husband good advice on maintenance of the equipment. Cost included his service call and travel from Indianapolis plus the replacement switch.

Tom provided maintenance service for my treadmill. He was prompt, professional, and the charge was reasonable.

Tom came out the same day since he had a call nearby. Promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While he was here he waxed the deck and cleaned the rollers. Great service and a very nice guy.

Tom showed up on time, ready to go. I had a new treadmill delivered, but it was just too heavy for me to move safely to my basement. I also wanted to save myself time and headaches and I'm glad I found someone who could assemble it for me. He clearly knew what he was doing and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I would hire him again and would recommend to friends or neighbors.

Tom came out promptly and repaired the noise issue and lubricated the treadmill. He did it for a very reasonable price. I would be happy to recommend his services to others.

It was fine. I don't really know how to compare it so I guess a B. That was the first and hopefully last time. He was kind of a weirdo, not exactly socially, just maybe not easy talking to him but that doesn't really have much to do with his business. He did fine.

The Technician was on time and courteous. He went the extra mile and did a tune-up free of charge, which I did not know it needed. Great job and professionalism!

Tom arrived on time and went right to work.  Treadmill is in basement where there is not much room to work.  He  couldn't find a reason for the knocking, but took the thing apart and checked all moving parts.  He lubricated the belt, put the thing back together and there was no longer a knocking sound.  He tested it and all was fine. He suggested that I unplug it when not in use and put a surge protector on it.

Tom was professional, prompt, and courteous.    Did not take him long to fix the treadmill.      Very happy with the service and we are keeping his card around for future reference.

I contacted Tom and he got back to me very promptly. He scheduled a time to come out and take a look, explained his pricing and was very pleasant to deal with. He showed up on time and fixed the problem within an hour. I haven't had any issues since him fixing it. I would most definitely use Tom again in the event that I need my treadmill repaired or even serviced. He did a fantastic job.

The service went well. It is an old treadmill and the belt started to get off center. The technician did an overall tune up. The owner came out for the service. My wife primarily dealt with the technician. The treadmill works perfectly now. He was punctual and the pricing was reasonable.  I had no difficulties scheduling the service.

Excellent service! Tom got back to us within minutes on the phone and was able to set an appointment for the next day. He and his crew arrived right on time, were friendly, and got the job done quickly. Great job - we recommend highly.

Tom was very responsive and professional. Returned calls immediately and proactively scheduled the service. He and two assistants provided the service. Tore apart equipment, brought up from a basement, and put it all back together in new location. Great overall experience and I'd highly recommend Tom.

He came in the same day to diagnose - but even then suggested some initial steps that we could do without calling him in, so we could save some $.
His diagnosis was patient, he identified that it was a warranty repair, and dealt with the manufacturer to have the replacement parts needed mailed in. He explained the issues well to us, and the next steps. The engineering training shows.
When the parts arrived, we called him again, and he came in to complete the fix. 
My wife gives him (and I agree) a 110% positive review.
