We had Touch of Love Cleaning for several years, the individual we had cleaning for us did an amazing job and we trusted her and that is the ONLY reason we stayed for so long. The owner is extremely rude and inconsiderate of others. We ended our services after we had to cancel a day due to illness last minute. She was extremely rude and said I should have called her in the middle of having the flu during the night. And she said she would get her money regardless...well after that we cancelled services and have told our friends to do the same and do not hire her for services. Please find another service to use as the owner is extrememly rude to her customers.

"We have written contractual agreements with clients that spells out cancellation of service. [Member name removed], the client, contacted us around 7:30 a.m. and our employee was already on her way to the client's home. We have a 48 hour cancellation fee that is part of our written contract; however, we kindly shared with her that we would only charge her 1/2 of the fee although her contractual agreement stated that she was to pay the full amount. After explaining our cancellation policy, [Member name removed] hung up the phone. Within 10 minutes our office received another call from her husband. Our office was totally caught "off guard" as [Member name removed] began shouting and using profanities. Since we are a professional cleaning service, we spell everything out in writing such as the written contracts because of such replies that were made by [Member name removed]. We only requested that they pay one half of the amount due although they owed the full amount for calling off at the "last minute.""

Difficult to communicate with owner. Cleaning crews are fine but ownership is argumentative/inflexible on scheduling. Poor customer experience.

Martha and her crew are awesome. Initially I spoke to owner, Martha, on the phone. She sent Sandy to visit our home and take notes as to what exactly I wanted as far as cleaning. We decided to move forward with Touch of Love and Steve was our regular guy. He was great. They did everything I asked/expected. There was no real deep cleaning, but I knew that up front and the price did not include that. If I had wanted deep cleaning or a change in plan, a Touch of Love will accommodate, you just have to let them know ahead of time. Great Service!

I've been using A Touch of Love cleaning services for about the last 12 years. I usually have the same person clean (although from time to time that person changes, such as when I moved) so that's nice--they get to know the house and I get familiar with them. They are always on time, they do what they say they will do, and they do a great job of cleaning. I was especially impressed with their deep cleaning I got after having to suspend services for a couple of years due to our financial situation. That was a lot of accumulated grime! They are efficient with their time, but never so time bound that they leave any job undone (an experience I had with the one other, less expensive cleaner I tried before going back to Touch of Love). They are very focused on good communications.

This is the second time I have used them. They come once a month and for the first two months have done a full house clean of a 2 story house. The first time they did a very nice job. Yesterday, they were excellent and we had a man cleaning the house. He did an excellent job and I have requested to have him clean in the future. Very reasonable and do a good job.

The service is excellent. If anything might be missed, which is rare, they come back the next day. The prices are right and affordable and the workers are excellent.

A young lady was sent out to do a one-time only cleaning. I had asked for up to four hours of service, due to company who was arriving soon, and due to some knee problems which was hindering my housecleaning. The young lady was very pleasant and her demeanor was very professional, which is why I did not give an and quot;Fand quot; rating.
However, I couldn't even see where she had cleaned. She really did not do a good job. She vacuumed but there was lint and such left on the carpet. She wiped the counters but they still looked dirty. Mirrors were unwiped. Surfaces were left undusted I really don't know what she did. Also, I heard her leave after an hour and a half. I went out to the driveway, and she said she was talkng to her boss. After a few minutes, she drove off. It was not a good experience. I figured I wouldn't use them again so I didn't call to complain.

They worked with me for while. They had to come back to redo the initial cleaning. There was some miscommunication regarding them claiming they had cleaned when they had not. The owner was argumentive when brought my concerns to her, and she is completely unprofessional. She lost my house key and she did pay to have the locks rekeyed.

They don't ever leave until everything is done the way you want it. One time they forgot to mop the floor, one of the girls in charge came back late at night to do it. They are very considerate. They have called to check on me when I wasn't feeling well and even bought me satin pillow cases to ensure I was comfortable while in bed. Their price is reasonable for a 55,000 square foot home. They are kind, honest and professional.

Awesome; everything looked squeaky clean and even the garage smelled like it had been spit-shined (garage not part of area cleaned). WE'VE USED THIS SERVICE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, BUT LATELY I'VE BEEN LESS PLEASED. THE STAFF VARIES A LOT, AND THEREFORE THE CLEANING QUALITY DOES, TOO. THE OWNER IS RATHER BRUSQUE AND NOT THE EASIEST TO COMMUNICATE WITH. THINGS GET PUT AWAY IN ODD PLACES, AND THE CLEANING IS JUST OK OVERALL. THEY DO SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY, AND CALL AHEAD AS A REMINDER.

I HAD CLEANING DONE IN FEBRUARY AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE OWNER, MARTHA BRITTON. WAS INFORMED BY PERSON CLEANING OUR HOUSE THAT MARTHA WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO WORK FOR AND BELITTLED HER EMPLOYEES. DISCONTINUED SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. RECEIVED INVOICE ON 11/1/2004 FOR $116 FOR SERVICES THAT WE DID NOT HAVE PERFORMED. I CALLED MARTHA TO DISCUSS, SHE DID NOT RETURN CALL. I CALLED HER AGAIN AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED, BUT PROBABLY WE WERE NOT TAKEN OFF THE BILLING CYCLE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD TAKE US OFF THE BILLING CYCLE. I ASKED HER TO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT OCCURRED AND SHE STATED ''DIDN'T I JUST SAY IT WOULD'' AND HUNG UP ON ME. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE.

CLEANING QUALITY IS VERY INCONSISTENT - IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE WITH TIME. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY 'MISTAKES' AND 'MISCOMMUNICATION' I.E. ROOMS OVERLOOKED, LOTS OF RESCHEDULING, FORGOTTEN AREAS OR ROOMS LEFT HALF CLEANED. OWNER IS RECEPTIVE TO CRITICISM BUT NOTHING REALLY GETS RESOLVED. LOTS OF AREAS DON'T GET DUSTED - COMPANY DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE A LOT OF CONTROL OVER EMPLOYEES (TRAINING, SUPERVISION, ETC.).

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. SO MUCH SO THAT I DISCONTINUED THE SERVICE. NOT A VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSON AND A BIT OVERBEARING. CONSISTENCY, PUNCTUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM AND ACCOUNTABILITY WERE LACKING. PHONE CALLS TO SCHEDULE CLEANING WERE RECEIVED AT LATE HOURS THE NIGHT BEFORE. THE LAST JOB COMPLETED INCLUDED EXTRA CLEANING FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION TO BE HELD IN MY HOME. I HAD TO CALL THE OWNER BEFORE ANYONE SHOWED UP, AND WAS CHARGED NORMAL PRICE. SHE WAS NOT FLEXIBLE AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT WITH RESPECT TO THE MATTER.
