I used them about three times now. She is fine. She does a good job and she is flexible as far as the time that she can come. I am satisfied. She is not cheap. She is friendly and works hard. For the price they pay one gets a clean house. She always returns my phone calls and I like that. She does a thorough job. She's willing to work with me as far as there's time to come out.
