Tony comes on as a nice man. He inadequately finished any of the jobs I contracted him for. Also took deposits for work and abandon the job. later to find out this is his motive of operation. He further stated more than once he was ready to terminate his crew for shabby work. His subcontractors did the same lack of craftsmanship. Photos available on request.
