On this instance, they were not punctual, they did not do things in a timely manner. They did not call me until 5pm telling me they needed to keep my car overnight. But every other time they've been good.

I'm always very happy with the customer service at Tom Wood Subaru and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When I was looking to purchase a new car last summer (and trade in my previous car), Bill Vickery was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy at all. On my most recent visit, I didn't have an appointment and was able to check-in and be out of the dealership within 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. They did the routine/recommended 6k maintenance - an oil change, tire rotation, tire pressure check, as well as an exterior checkup (lights, wipers) and inspection of brakes, fluids, steering, suspension, etc. With my extended service plan they also checked my car's alignment. They also wash your car for you before returning it which is a nice extra little bonus.

It went very well. I took my car to Tom Wood Subaru right before the July 4th holiday. I did not have an appointment and I know they were incredibly busy. They got me in and out before the end of the day. It was just a defective sensor. I appreciate them working to fit me into a very busy schedule

It has always been good. I love those guys. Their professionalism, you can schedule online or just drive in for an oil change. They do not tell you have to do this, just what is going on but you can do it now or later. They are probably a little more since it is a dealership but you are getting Subaru parts not generic.

They do a very nice job and have a clean facility. They have always done good quality work and are very friendly. They respond very quickly and get oil changes done usually in a half hour to an hour. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish it went great. They have free wifi, coffee, drinks and a 70 inch tv to watch while waiting. Everyone seems friendly around there and greets you right away. The facility is super clean and state of the art. They were busy and said it would take an hour for my oil change. I waited only 35 minutes.
