"We absolutely understand your frustration and apologize for this issue. We've notified the management team at Tom Wood Ford and someone should be reaching out to you shortly."
"Thank you for taking the time to advise us of your recent visit to our dealership. Having feedback such as yours means a great deal to us, so we may continue to maintain and improve our customer service. We would like to discuss the situation more in detail and apologize for the poor experience."
"Thank you for choosing to do business with us! We greatly appreciate it and you taking the time to leave us an outstanding rating."
I did get an email update from Meghan Sievers at the front desk updating on the status. She actually is the only person there who is customer oriented and responsive and responsible.
After that there was no news from them again. I called and left a message with Michael Taylor that was never returned. On Monday 16th, I called again and Michael Taylor was supposed to call me back, but, I did not hear from him. The car again was not moved or unlocked according to my app until Monday. I called Meghan Sievers on Tuesday as she is the only responsive person there. She looked the car up and said it will not be ready until the 19th. They had not ordered a required part. I pushed to get the car finished earlier and also for Tom Wood to pick up my rental expenses beginning on the 23rd. Meghan agreed to arrange that. I ended up paying extra $300 in rental car payments because of their delay.
Finally I got a call back from Michael Taylor that the car will be ready on Wednesday the 24th. I picked up the car on the 25th morning.
The workmanship was good and the car looked as new. But, the customer service (other than Meghan) is horrible. Communication is horrible. I will never go there again.
"Thanks for letting us know about the issues that you're having. Having feedback such as yours means a great deal to us, so we may continue to maintain and improve our customer service. However, poor communication and hassles are unacceptable- We would like to reach out to you personally, should you allow us the opportunity to earn your business in a more dignified and respectful manner. I hope you'll give us a chance to rectify the situation."
"Thank you for taking the time to rate us! We hope to see you again soon."
"Thank you for stopping by! We hope you enjoyed your service. Let us know of any suggestions you may have."
"Hi! Thank you for the fantastic grade! We appreciate it!"

I took the car back and they told me the and quot;AC had fallen out and it was fixedand quot;. It worked for the rest of the summer. This summer, I turned on my AC, and the same thing-it did not work. I figured it was probably a problem with the Freon since Tom Wood Collision Center said it was fixed. I took it to a local mechanic and they said that there was a much more severe problem---that there were pieces missing! I told them about last summer how I felt things fall out of the bottom of my car. They said half my compressor was missing along with other pieces! They said those probably felll out last summer and they never fixed it correctly! And that if I let it go I could be driving around and the whole belt could fall apart. This is very dangerous.
After hearing this, I called my father and we made an appointment for me to take my car back to Tom Wood Collision. When I took it back in, they were only supposed to look at it quickly. It ended up taking near 3 HOURS. They LIED to my face. They took me out to my car, popped the hood, and told me that and quot;look there is nothing wrong with your carand quot;. I honestly think they took advantage of me because I am a woman and do not know about cars. They said and quot;Oh we are going to run a test to see why your AC is not working it will take a half hour. and quot; It took a hour and a half +.
They finally gave me my car to take home. And said they would call my father about it...which I thought was strange if there was and quot;nothing wrong with itand quot;. A week later they called my father and told him that they could not fix the car because it has been over a year.
They knew there was something wrong with the car, did not repair it, let me drive around with a dangerous situation, and lied to my face (which I honestly think has to do with the fact I am a woman). My father also believes that they put cheap parts in my car which is why it fell apart.
I will NEVER use them again if I have a choice and discourage anyone from visiting this dishonest business who would rather make a profit than ensure the safety of their customers.
Both experiences have been excellent.
All repairs were explained and the time frame and estimated costs were discussed and explained.
The advisors are very professional.
The most important thing however is the repair. Absolutely amazing!
You cannot see any sign that this is not the original bumper. They take longer for the repair, but make sure
it is top notch.
I highly recommend this group, and be surer to ask for Merze (Mercy) Solis, the manager. Very nice and personable
and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the repairs. He even picked up the car and drove it
around to the front of the building and helped us inspect the bumper.
If you have ever been curious about how it was to do business in the old Soviet Union, I would recommend dealing with Tom Wood Collision Center . The person who made the initial estimate said repairs would take four days, maybe five depending on what they found when they got the bumper off. I delivered my car on 12/16/13. After five days, he said it would be another week. Then the delay grew to1/2/14. I got my insurance company involved, and I think they helped move things along. Got the car back on 1/10/14 - 25 days after I took it in. I'm not sure Nikita Khrushchev could have done better.
The repair seems be fine, but the appearance of deception in the way they dealt with me really informs my rating.
"Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The manager at the dealership has been informed and the proper actions will follow. Again, I'm sorry for your experience."
Great work Tom wood and thank you for the excellent service.
The work took a total of 14 days seem very reasonable they took the extra time to polish it up for me and make it look perfect.
The truly are amazing at what they do and i would recommend them to any one of my friends.

"Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We appreciated knowing your thoughts on the pricing and hope our unparalleled customer service continues to earn your business!"
