Great - no complaints! They recommended a moving company to help us; It was ready for the movers to pick up when they said it would be and it arrived in good condition.

Arlene Picket was my contact, and she was fantastic! After thinking I would be ready for delivery, I purchased with her and she was so very helpful in my selection. When I was unable to take delivery, she held on to all of it until MAY! Never charging me storage or making me take it anyway! Then I was still unable to sleep on the bed until JULY! After sleeping on the mattress for 5 days, I could not stop sweating and needed to exchange. My 60 days had expired, but they worked me a deal anyway! I love my new comfortpedic mattress and Bedroom One. Thanks again Arlene!

EVE, OUR SALESPERSON, WAS VERY GOOD AT RESPONDING TO OUR PHONE CALLS AND QUESTIONS. SHE HELPED US MAKE OUR CHOICES AND GET THE PIECES ORDERED AND THE DELIVERY SCHEDULED. THE DELIVERY WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING, HOWEVER. WE WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE PIECES WOULD BE DELIVERED AND UNBOXED FOR US. THEY WERE NOT. THEY WERE LEFT IN THE BOXES AND WE WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSING OF THE PACKING AND BOXES OURSELVES. HAVING JUST MOVED WE REALLY WANTED THE BOXES TAKEN AWAY. ALSO, IT WAS A LOT OF WORK TO GET THE FURNITURE OUT OF THOSE BOXES. WE KNEW WE'D NEED TO ASSEMBLE THE FURNITURE, BUT NOT UNPACK IT. WE SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTOOD THAT WOULD BE DONE AS A PART OF THE COST OF DELIVERY.

THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME I HAVE BOUGHT FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY. RECENTLY BOUGHT A BED, TOOK IT HOME AND SET IT UP. HAD NO PROBLEMS TILL 3 MONTHS LATER TRIED TO LOWER THE RAILS--HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FOOTBOARD AND THEY REPLACED IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS OR COST TO ME. VERY PUNCTUAL IN RESPONSES TO MY CALLS. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!

PURCHASED MATTRESS AND BOX FROM COMPANY, FOUND OUT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE ITEM THAT THE BOX SPRING THEY SOLD US WASNT AVAILABLE. THEY DIDNT WANT TO CREDIT US, AND WE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY. THEY WANTED US TO SETTLE FOR A MISMATCHED BOX SPRING. AFTER TOO MUCH CONVERSATION THEY OFFERED US A CREDIT. THEY LACK COURTESY OR A DESIRE TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
