Tito's Painting Inc

Tito and his assistant are highly skilled painters. There were a few items that were not finished to my satisfaction and required them to come back to remedy. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. As for every project, a written contract is a must. In this case, I wrote the actual contract as I refused to allow the job to begin without a written contract. Overall, I was pleased with Tito's painting.

We were very satisfied with the job at first. They were very neat and cleaned up each day. I felt they were reasonable in what we were charged. Each day they worked I received a phone call to let me know what time they would be at the house and they were always on time. I did plan to use them again for painting on the inside but have since changed my mind. I have had to call them to come back on two occasions. One they removed spotlights and did not put them back. I found them on the ground after they left. I call them and they came back a couple of days later and put them back. About a week later, my husband was coming out of the service door to the garage and found a rotten board which was in plain view and I called the owner back and asked him how could they have missed it. He had nothing to say except he would be back on Wednesday May 14th to repair and paint that board (that was on Monday May 12th). I received a call on Wednesday morning that he had purchased the material but wouldn't be back until Saturday May 17th because it had rained This is May 19th and I have not seen or heard from them. I will be trying to contact someone else to do this job.

I will continue to use them. Incredible customer service!

HECTOR AND HIS CREW ARE ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND HARD WORKING. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT TAKING THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. CLEANUP WAS VERY GOOD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
