We signed a $14,000 dollar contract with him, he was working on multiple jobs at all times, even taking our materials that we bought and using them on his property that he bought on contract. He destroyed landscaping, he would bring crews over for a couple hours, just did not do anything. We found out he is not a licensed contractor, he showed us his social security number saying that is his contractors license, bonding, and insurance code. Over all just dishonest, cannot be trusted. It is unbelievable.

The job itself looked OK when it was done. Although it took excessively too long (5 weeks). There was a lot of damage done to flower beds around the house, our landscaping, and paint splatters where they should not have been. Really just an overall careless method of operation. We expected a much better quality of work and work ethic. I am giving him a 'B' for the paint job itself and I would give him a 'D' for his respect for the homeowner's property.
