General Remodeling
WE WERE QUOTED $18,000 AND ENDED UP PAYING $45,000 FOR HORRIBLE WORK. HE USED COLD WATER PVC PIPE, SO IT BUSTED AND SENT 50 GALLONS OF WATER STREAMING DOWNSTAIRS, THE TILE FLOOR WAS DONE WITH SUCH POOR QUALITY THAT IT HAD TO BE DONE TWICE, THE PLUMBING HAS TO ALL BE REPLACED, HE DID NOT USE THE PROPER WIRE SUPPORTS IN THE GLASS BLOCK SHOWER AND IT MUST BE REPLACED. WE STARTED THIS PROJECT IN JULY 2002 AND WE ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. THE SERVICE PROVIDER VERBALLY PROMISED TO PAY FOR WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE REDONE BY OTHER CONTRACTORS, BUT HE CANNOT BE FOUND, AND WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY AN ATTORNEY THAT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO PURSUE THIS LEGALLY.
