Professional & completed the project in a timely manner.

I love my fence but sometimes the bottom of the pickets bend or break when the lawn mower strikes them. They’re aluminum.

Very unresponsive. Cheap quality materials. After a couple weeks gate has a gap that they never fixed. Had to complain several times to get pickets replaced that were split and bowing only a month after installation. Avoid them!

Quality product. I really received good value for my money. SHANNON, the salesperson was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Customer service, on the other hand has been TERRIBLE! One of the planks in my fence apparently cracked during installation. I have been calling Amerifence for the past since July 24th and no one will respond. When I initially called, I was told to send a photo of the cracked plank to Judy. I've called, left voicemail messages and emails to no avail. That's the only thing I dislike about Amerifence. VERY POOR RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.

Due to COVID-19, I had to place my project on-hold. I will get scheduled to have the job completed in May. However, Shannon's professionalism and customer service, his previous project and the quality of the product he will install, deserve your highest rating. I look forward to the installation of my fence in the next few weeks.

Amerifence was very prompt with their communication and service. Several months after they completed the job, I noticed some old posts that weren t cut down to or below ground level. They sent somebody out in a timely manner to cut those posts off to my satisfaction.

The experience I had with Amerifence was very professional from day one. The only problem I had with them is that they work so fast installing the fence I couldn't keep up with them.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars for Customer Service is because the crew left some soda cans in my back yard. Otherwise everything was great. In this job an old fence was removed and the new one installed. The crew was on time and did the work in a much shorter time than I expected; 6 hours total instead of a couple of days. The fence looks great and is very sturdy.
