They were unreliable at the start and got reliable for about 10 months, but they damaged our antique furniture that got scratched and was not carefully cleaned and we decided to cancel their services, but they were good people.

I was not given an email, only a phone number. My call was answered on the third try by someone who did not know anything about a cleaning service. When I was finally called by the service, they were unable to provide the service in time for my need. I want my money back.

AMAZING!!! Because of the condition of the home Latika and her team had to work 2 hours over what the Big Deal called for. They had know problem doing that! They even gave me a deal on her normal hourly rate!!! AWESOME SAUCE!!!

Good, I actually hired them full time and now they work for me about every time they're here. They came out the Monday before and this past Monday. $140 every two weeks and they're awesome. The first time was very deep clean and then I hired them full time after that. They're professional service level is awesome.

My husband made the appointment with Tik-A-Tok weeks in advance. The day of the appointment, Tik-A-Tok never showed up. They never called- we called them several times at the number we used to book them, left messages, but got no return phone call either. We're very disappointed and will be getting our money back.
