The company is responsive and very professional. The have high quality products and for us, it was no decision. Dale came out to do the install and was very personable and went to great links to make sure everything was installed properly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Loved everything about them.

Josh came to the house and presented suggestions that I asked for. Once he knew what I wanted he narrowed the choices down for me at my request. His suggestions were great and we chose zebra blinds for 5 of the windows and rollers in our family room that are motorized and make it easy for us to use since they are in a bay window. Dale, his installer was really great. He was efficient, neat and a breath of fresh air in his pleasant manor and helpful demonstration of the use of both the zebras and rollers. Don’t miss this great and well run company, The Window Valet. Trust me call them first.

not very well....Josh the owner was very non-communicative. Job is still not 100% complete. Withheld part of final payment, but he hasn't followed through and completed the job. One shutter had a broken component and the frame in another area needed a piece of wood installed to act as a shim. We used this company in Sept 2015 and they were excellent.....something has changed, to their detriment, since then as Josh's personal service and involvement are no longer there. Sad to see it deteriorate and likely headed for a downward spiral in the future if things continue on the same path. At this time, I would not use their services again nor recommend them to others.

We met Josh, the owner of Window Valet, when we were building our rental property. He provided beautiful blinds for every window in our home quickly and professionally. Based on that first experience, we decided to use Window Valet for window treatments in our new home. Josh has a great sense for design as well as functionality and has many samples available during the consultation. He was able to match up new plantation shutters with ones that already existed in the home perfectly. When little problems pop up, Window Valet, always takes care of it. One of our shutters was made wrong at the factory, they had it remade quickly and at no charge to us. They even put up temporary blinds due to a big party we were having. I've used them for blind cleaning as well as repair of existing blinds. Always professional. Always a quality job.

We've been very happy with every job we've hired Window Valet to do. They have done quality work, the crew is always very professional, and always does a great job. The workmanship of the blinds and valance is quality. Window Valet has provided work at two of our homes. This last job, however, wasn't as positive because of a faulty solar panel that was not delivered. We keep calling to check on the status; no one ever calls us, we always call Window Valet. Hopeful that this is an isolated incident because we've always been very pleased in the past and this will be resolved soon.

All went very well. He arrived on time was neat and pleasant.

It went great! Josh came out for an estimate and went through some options with us. We decided on 2 1/2" Faux Wood Blinds. He thought these might take 3-4 weeks to come in but I got a call in 2 weeks and we were ready to go and set an appointment up for installation. Zack came out and hung them in no time and was very friendly and courteous and respectful of our home and furniture. We love the new blinds and the light we get with them. Josh helped us make a great choice. Many others only offered 2" blinds but the spacing of these works really nicely. I just wish all our home projects went as smoothly as this one! I definitely recommend The Window Valet and would hire them again!

Window Valet offered an Angie's List deal, $199.00 to clean 10 shades and $10 each for any shades over ten. I had 16 shades. Brian was the technician sent by Window Valet. However, by the time he left, five hours later, he had only cleaned 3 or 4 shades once and the rest I had to have him redo because they were still dirty. Even though the machine in the truck was supposed to clean the shades sonically he could not get anything clean. He complained about insufficient lighting and even left for lunch and to pick up something that was suppose to work better. I ask him about cleaning the shades in my garage. He told me that his machine could not handle there large size. Which I found out later was a lie because that is exactly what this company is supposed to do. He took down several shades and then stated that they were now broken. Funny they worked fine before he took them down. I called to express my dissatisfaction with Brian's performance and results. The owner of The Window Valet, Josh LeClair, came out to look over what happened. Mr. LeClair, assured me that Brian no longer worked for the company. And said that someone else would return to redo the shades. But, during our discussion he actually told me that he was losing patience with me. I was shocked at his statement considering he was at my home because of the poor service his employees had provided me. A statement I found to be very unprofessional. All the time acting like this was my fault. Eventually, the 2 shades that were broken returned so dirty that they had to order 2 new shades. It took months for the final shades to be installed. Fortunately the new ones were installed by Jacob who did an outstanding job. I am satisfied with the 2 new shades that they installed in my master bedroom and half bathroom.

Trouble free install, friendly and professional service. They really hustled to get our install done bfore our moving day, and they beat a competitors price by nearly 50%!

Wonderfully! We received a reasonable estimate for custom made blinds for all windows. They were able to schedule the installation within 2 weeks. The entire staff was professional, friendly and responsive. We would definitely use and recommend them again.

It turned out all right. The reason why I wanted to have them, we had fabric vertical blinds in our kitchen and they did those. They would take them down to the truck and clean them and then re-hang. They also did some many blinds that I have in the other parts of the house. What stood out is probably the convenience of having them done here at the house and having them re-hung. Price is about an A. I don't know what it should cost otherwise. I didn't have any trouble with responsiveness.

It was excellent. It took about two weeks to make the blinds. They came out and installed them one afternoon. They were excellent. I now have them for several months. I've had no problems with them. I have no problems with the installation. I paid more than the offered price because I did more windows. The professionalism of the staff was great.

The Window Valet turned out okay. There were a few hiccups with them also, but they did come through and fixed everything. What I liked about them is that they came back, apologized, and fixed a lot of the miscommunications. What I disliked is that there were a few times they gave me a time and no one showed up and one time, they showed up and I did not even know. There was a miscommunication going on there. I have taken off work one day and they did not show up. I was pretty upset about it. I expressed my frustration with the owner and he fixed it. He ended up apologizing and fixed it. I added on additional windows. I think the sizes of my windows were a little different. It was legitimate cost involved. I paid a little more than the Deal itself. I probably had another $400 extra work and blinds installed.
