Roy, educated me on the functionality of the unit. Sold me a cartridge for about $50 and charged $65 for the labor and servicing of the unit, which took about 45 minutes in total. I had called ahead of time and he was expecting my arrival. He was professional and prompt and even sold me a couple of vinyl records at fair market pricing.

Music from our turntable suddenly became distorted so we took our Sony turntable to The Turntable Shoppe. Roy Griffith, the owner, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and suggested we replace the stylus. Mr. Griffith procured and installed the stylus and our vinyl records sound great again. Especially with the resurgence in the popularity of vinyl records, we feel very fortunate to have the The Turntable Shoppe available here in Indianapolis. Mr. Griffith was professional and knowledgeable and we'd definitely use The Turntable Shoppe in the future.
