Excellent quality work and completed quickly

The Tile Shop provided us with an excellent experience! Their showroom is amazing and can be somewhat overwhelming. We were greeted by an associate that helped us walked through all of our options and provided us with some dos and don'ts that we had not even thought about. We were impressed with their attention to detail, knowledge and personal touch.

The tile is just perfect for our kitchen remodel. He is very professional and caring.

My experience with them was fine. They were very good. They were flexible and I had no problem returning the tiles I did not use. The sales person and everyone I interacted with, I would give them all very good scores.

We are using someone that our kitchen remodel company recommended to do the application of the tiles. It only took a few days after we placed our order to get the order in. We thought the price was very fair and I think it was less than what we expected to spend on a backsplash. Our experience with them was good. The salesmen were helpful but yet not pushy. We liked their willingness to help us find exactly what we were looking for in the store. We picked out one backsplash that we weren't completely satisfied with because of the way the edge was and the salesmen found something else right away that was very similar that suited our needs. Just their knowledge was very good. We will use them in the future as long as we don't have any trouble with the application of the tiles. I have no reason to believe that they won't be top quality.

They found exactly the tile we wanted, and they were very easy to work with. They were very helpful and had great selection and ndash; the best we've seen. The only problem we had with them was that we had an installer coming to help us, and we asked him to come out based on their estimate of having the order ready the next day. We came out that day and they didn't have it ready. They found that another location of the same store had the tile we needed, but when we asked, they refused to go pick it up as a convenience for us and told us we needed to go up to pick it up ourselves. They said they had no trucks that could make it easier, and we didn't appreciate the inconvenience. The sales team was great, but the service was not so great.
