THE POOLMAN

We have used the Poolman for 4 years, opening and closing along with weekly service of cleaning and chemical treatment.

Oveall, we are satisfiedith this company and will use them in the future.

They did a great job, they were very dependable. I was very impressed. Their price was reasonable compaired to people we have used in the past. We will definitely be using them next summer.

His work, itself, is acceptable. When he closed the pool last year, I never received a bill. It wasn't until I called in March, that he finally left me a work order after I reminded him. He finally billed me in August, sending me three bills, for the work he performed throughout the past year. I now have three invoices for three occurrences and I have no idea if it's right or not. All in all, his billing procedures are very poor. I would not never recommend this service provider to others

Everything appears to be in good shape. They were very professional and came out while I was at work and took care of the process. I guess when they open it in the spring we'll know how great the job was!

I called to see if they would be able to help remove the dead leaves and dirty water in the deep end of the pool and walk us through closing the pool. The man who answered the phone immediately told me he could not help, and suggested I try the Yellow Pages. I told him that I found his name on Angie's List, and he was still unwilling to even offer a suggestion as to who I could call for assistance. He stated that they were short on help because it is the off-season, and he was the only one working and was unwilling to do the work himself. I assumed that because it was the off-season he would be MORE interested in the additional work, but I guess I was wrong. I absolutely will not be calling this company for help ever again, and I will warn others not to bother with them either, as they apparently can't be bothered to work!

There's nothing to tell. I called the number, their voicemail picked up, and I left a message. After more than a week, no messages were ever returned.

It didn't.

We are very impressed with Chris and Bill, both have been very responsive to our calls for help with our cloudy pool water. Our water was tested several times and the guys used chemicals at first to try to resolve the issue. When that failed, they explained that our pool water needed to be drained to a certain level and then refilled with fresh water. The pool had never been drained and our water had become saturated with chemicals and would not hold chlorine. We did as they suggested and our water is crystal clear again.

He is timely and consistent. He is very responsive. He is very respectful about being around my house and home. He is very professional about his work.

You could not do business with a better company. Professional, on time, great work, fair price, responsive to his customers. I can not say enough about Chris Stash, President, or his company. A "call act" all the way around. You will not find a better pool company for weekly service, repairs, etc.

While Chris was not usually ontime on both occasions, he did a good job while he was here.

This is a great company and the owner works very hard to please his customers. I've had several pool companies over the years in several locations and this is by far the best company I've dealt with. Their price is fair and the work is excellent. They keep their appointments, immediately answer phone calls, and never let a customer down. Chris, the owner, is highly knowledgeable in the pool business and a pleasure to deal with. You will not find a better pool maintenance company in Indianapolis.

GOOD SERVICE AND PRICE. DID NOT COME IN THE HOUSE TO TELL US THEY WERE DONE OR HOW IT WENT.

DUE TO HIS PRICES I PLAN ON DOING THE SERVICE MYSELF NEXT YEAR. I HAD TO IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF A PROBLEM IN WHICH HE COULDN'T. HE GAVE THE NAME OF ANOTHER HEATING AND COOLING CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE LEAK IN THE HEATER.
