I have been using them for a couple of years. There has been little leaks throughout the years but he comes right out and fixes it. He is a little relaxed with billing but he is very busy. I would recommend his services. Sometimes there is a little bit of a language barrier but I am very satisfied.

The service was good. However, his maintenance plan is too expensive. He only comes out twice a year and the price is around $300. They are professional. I would recommend their services.

"Just over a week ago we went and took care of the customer's problem when we turned on the sprinkler system. Her dog chewed up the wires outside in the ground and we took care of the problem by fixing the wire. We tested tested the system to make sure that it was back up to working condition as Affordable Sprinklers always ensure before leaving a property."

Overall - I would use them again. They provide a good product at a very reasonable cost. Their estimate was roughly 1/2 of the of other companies. They are extremely friendly and polite. I have a functional sprinkler system that I love. However, there were some minor issues with installation. The installation crew started later than originally estimated, we had some heads that needed to be moved because they were installed in my neighbor's yard, and there was some damage done to backyard lighting and invisable fence. However, they were very courtious on their follow up, but somewhat unpredictable on their timing. They do provide good service, but seem spread a little thin.
All said and done, I would use them again, but I would stay more involved in the actual installation. All-in-all, it was a great product - worth the $2500 to $3000 I saved by going with them.

"This system and customer like he confessed got a steal of a deal on the installation, like our name says 'Affordable' however I beg to differ with some of the comment as we got there on time had the work done in one day. All we had to do was simply to adjust head and we took care to fix any broken landscape wire that got hit in the process of our work. We had done everything that we can do to make the customer happy and satisfied. I am satisfied that we did our best job and an excellent price. The property was cleaned up and all looked great."

The job was started and completed on the agreed upon date and time. The working crew started at 9:00 am and the job was completed by early afternoon. There had to be some trenching done, but the appearance of the lawn, after the work,
looks pretty good. Chris spent ample time explaining the system and demonstrating how the controller box worked. Over all, I am very pleased with the installation and the company.
Their follow-up servicing has been a little slow. Had a couple of issues that took multiple calls before the issues were addressed and solved. Everything now in good working order.

The irrigation system is functional now. He came out for the initial job and we had some troubles. I reported on him initially stating my frustrations. After he viewed the report, he has come back out to fix the problems and agreed with my initial frustrations. He advertises that he takes credit cards but when came time to pay the balance he only wanted me to pay by check and not use a credit card. He has stated that he will make follow up visits for our system to ensure it continues to work but he just doesn't show up on time.

"We took care of this client and all that had to be done to the sprinklers system work was done in one day and the customer paid all the money which meant that he was happy with the work that was done else he would not have paid and for the many years we have worked on peoples yard we never took a final payment if the work was not completed. however like anything man made things can happen and we had a valve that we became stuck and will not closed off. So in response to the customer's request we went back out and replaced the stuck valve and solved the problem. Our credit card machine malfunctioned and that is why I asked to be paid with a check or cash I think that was a reasonable request. We did all we can to make this customer happy."

The person from Affordable Sprinklers was really friendly. He was really nice and accommodating. When I first got it installed, some of the sprinklers didn?t work. So, I called him and took care of things in a timely manner. However, I had to deal with him and the other guys. They were nice guys. They were professional. They were very courteous and punctual. They were referred to us by our neighbor. Their pricing was reasonable. We are very happy with them.

Chris and his crew showed up in the late afternoon and continued to work after dark. They came back the next morning and finished the job. Chris is a very nice guy who listened to what I needed and made recommendations. I have his service plan in which he turns the system on and off at the beginning and end of season along with any maintenance needed. His prices are very reasonable. He was 1200 dollars cheaper than a rival company. The only complaint I have is that he is a little unpredictable about when he will show up for maintenance.

Called for and estimate and Peter the owner came in the next day for the estimate this was for two homes, The work was scheduled for that week and it was to be completed that same week and it was, no problems were encounter and the lawn looked great after the work was finished..

Chris Peters (Affordable Sprinklers) was recommended to me by neighbors of mine. I contacted Chris and he came by to provide an estimate of the job. Chris provided a detailed estimate, which allowed us to move forward with the project. Chris completed the installation within the agreed upon defined time-line. Chris was thorough and provided a high quality installation, which culminated with a demonstration of the sprinkler system and provided us with instructions on the use of the controller/timer. Chris presents a "value added" proposition by providing us with prompt and continuous customer service, which would involve the routine maintenance and special assistance in the future.

They were a little late in arriving to the job, but it was extremely short turn-around. Chris was actually near our home and added our job last minute. They did the work fast after arriving. No problems or issues so far.

In the end the sprinkler system works, but initially I was told it was be installed on a Monday and completed by Wednesday. On Tuesday the control panel was installed and the installation didn't start until Thursday evening. They worked only in the evenings, so a job that was stated to only take 2 days took almost 2 weeks. My complaint is not really how long it took, it is that they just never came at the times THEY said they would. So there was a lot of guessing as to when and if they would show up.
