"The family had a huge deck in need of TLC and was concerned with obtaining the best professional value because it surrounds the swimming pool. We were so glad that we could be of service to them. After spraying a cleaning chemical on the deck, we high pressure sprayed the deck. After a day of drying off, we then applied two coats of stain after covering sensitive areas with plastic to confine the deck stain to the wooden deck. The family should receive 3 to 5 years of wear from the transparent stain we applied evenly. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Feel free to refer us to any of your family and friends. "I, the client, made money by hiring The Painters!!! Yes, YOU, the client, may receive relief, or MONEY back when we finish the project... Really??? Actually, several clients have really been surprised when their invoice is less than the estimated amount! This is unique to our company. Yes, we estimate the project, however should the amount of labor and materials be less than estimated, then that will be your invoice. We just expect to make a fair and reasonable hourly rate for labor, plus cover the price of materials. Thank you for your kind words following the completion of your project. "We are sorry that the customer feels that way. We found it interesting that the comments came almost 3 months after completion of project, too. We saw, worked with and talked to the customer during this project. He actually watched us do the work for hours on his house. Soon after high pressure spraying his house, we witnessed more than the usual amount of paint and caulking come off his house. Thus, we explained to him that it would be best to prime and caulk all of the trim and not just a couple of areas on the south side. We explained to the customer that approx. $850 would include the complete caulking, priming and painting of his house in a professional manner. He responded with his acceptance of this proposal on a written contract. We estimated labor and materials to cost approx. $850. We saved him a few dollars, but wish we could have saved him more."
