It went fine. We have rail steps on the whole 10 yards on it. It's a good price. I would definitely use them in the future.

I told the gentleman that I had to be somewhere so I may not be home when they came out. However, I left $60 cash in an envelope taped to the front door, $40 + $20 "tip" for fitting me into their schedule. I left home at 1:00 PM and returned home at 7:32 PM and they still have not been out. I understand they may still have other properties to do, but a courtesy call would have been nice just to let me know they still plan on coming out but are tied up for whatever reason, so I know rather or not to arrange other plans or cancel my "order". The main roads and highways have been clear since I left home at 1:00 so that is no excuse. I am writing this review as fair and honest as possible so that other members of Angie's List will get what they paid for... fair and honest reviews. I may give this company a second chance in the future, but only after all other options have been exhausted.

We'll he never ever got back with me even though I made several calls to his number that I had called originally. One time a lady called and talked with me about what I wanted and said it was unusual that he had never got back with me and that maybe he had the wrong email address that he was going to send me the pictures and the estimate to. But needless to say nothing ever developed from that conversation, so eventually after several more phone calls over the next couple of weeks I finally felt like the job was too big or he just didn't want the job. So I just wrote him off as not reliable and moved on to look for another person.

They were able to get here very quickly. They cleared enough of the driveway to get my car out then cleared out the rest of the driveway. They did a fantastic job!!

He is a really nice and knowledgable young man. He was hard working and did a very nice job.

It went great. David was very knowledgeable in every aspect. I told him what I was hoping to achieve in the back yard and he came back with a few options, and his recommendation. I gave the approval, paid the deposit and w/in 10 days, the job was complete. He did a fantastic job. He's in high demand, but I didn't mind waiting. The back yard looks awesome and I'm happy to have it done.

Contacted The Other Side Lawn And Landscape, my yard had many bare and dead spots, the company treated the yard and brought it to life. If now looks great and is much greener than others in our area. Great job and great service!

David Phillabaum was very professional and creative. He gave us ideas and suggested some landscaping ideas that we didn't think of. The work he did was outstanding. He seems to really care about the work he does and wants to make his clients happy! I would recommend this company for any outside need.
