Everything was A+. You do not have to stand in a long line to speak with a genius and they have better prices than the Apple store.

It was such an easy fix that they didn't charge me.  I will be returning to them.

This business recently moved from the Noblesville Mall, but the AT&T store gave me the new address.  I walked off the street and was helped at once.  The technician quickly discovered my problem and sent me on my way.  No charge.  The store has the experience with Apple products without the noise and congestion of other stores.  I highly recommend them.

My macbook air crashed when an update was installing.  I couldn't get it to turn back on after troubleshooting with Apple support via telephone.  I found this provider through Angie's List, and swung by to see if they could help.  The  technician was on it right away.  He figured out what the issue was, and got the computer to function properly.  The two guys in the store were very helpful, and I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your Apple stuff.............On another note, I also noticed that they sell new Apple products on site.  I did not know this originally, and now that I do I plan on making any future purchases through them.  They seem like the kind of business that would have your back if you purchased something from them and had any issues with the product.

I think I'm maybe a bit more knowledgeable about Windows computers than the average user, but I know NOTHING about Apple products.  My husband is only minimally computer-literate, but he has to use a computer and scanner a lot for his work and hobbies; if he runs into problems, I have usually been able to help him, or we have used a computer consultant.  While on vacation during the summer of 2011, we were in a city that had a very nice Apple Store, and my husband expressed interest in buying an I Pad 2.  I said I would not be able to help him with it, but he said I Pads were supposedly super-easy to use, and asked me to go to the store with him.  The young man who waited on us had him sold in about THREE MINUTES, and after lunch we went back for a very thorough "tutorial," where they set up his e-mail, etc.  Everything was fine until January of 2013, when my husband tried to download an App, and got the message that the operating system needed to be upgraded first!!!  I searched on the Apple support site (with my Windows computer), and it looked like you had to copy everything off the I Pad to a cloud or another computer, then delete the old operating system, and get the new one and install it.  I was quite busy at the time, and really did not feel like spending most of the day on a project like that.  Then I remembered that an acquaintance had mentioned in an e-mail that even though Bloomington does not have an official Apple Store, there was some sort of Mac service place on North Walnut. Fortunately I had saved his e-mail, and found the name and Web site.  I called them and described the problem and asked if everything really had to be taken off the I Pad in order to install the new OS.  They said yes.  I asked if they could do it for me.  They guy put me on hold for about a  minute, then came back and said $45, and I would have to leave it for about two hours.  I said "fine," and they did finish the work in somewhat less than two hours, and it WAS exactly $45, and the I Pad has been working just fine since.  I told the guy who waited on me when I picked up the I Pad that they needed to do more publicity - most people don't even know an Apple repair and service place exists in Bloomington!  I was certainly glad I did NOT have to struggle through the operation on my own...

I cannot say enough good about this company! Fantastic and knowledgeable. I would, and do, recommend these guys to everyone. The fact is, this company has been wonderful to work with on EVERY occasion. They do all of my companies warranty repairs, and have exceeded my expectations every time! They also sell us some equipment, and are competitive on price.

My best recommendation is to AVOID the Apple Store and go to the Mac Experience!!! They have no delusions about Apple products and will give you good honest opinions.

What a fantastic company!!!!

I would have rated this business higher if my contacts had been based solely on the technician coming out to my house and correcting the problem.  However, my contacts prior to this were less than fully satisfactory.  When this problem first started, I took my Mac into their Castleton location, and explained the problems.  It was there beyond the promised date, my calls were unanswered, and I had to go back to this location.  The person there apologized, looked at the technician's notes, and decided that the problem was that my Mac had insufficient memory.  He installed an extra memory chip.  Safari seemed to be working adequately at that point in the shop so I took his word that this was the problem was the memory, and that this had been corrected.  However, the test in the shop was inadequate in that the problem as I explained it to them was that performance gradually deteriorated until the computer locked up.  The test clearly was not extensive enough.  When I got the computer home I immediately began having the same problems.

I was very busy for several weeks, and did not attack the problem immediately.  However, several weeks later, I again tried calling without success.  It would seem that no one answers this phone and there does not appear to be a voice mail referral.   I also e-mailed them without a response.  It was not until I sent a second e-mail explaining that I wanted to give them one more chance before completing my Angie's List report.  This finally prompted a response the next day.  Rather than bringing the machine back to the shop, I decided to pay the premium for having a technician come to my house.  The technician was polite, professional, and arrived at the promised time.  The work took a bit longer than I had anticipated (the charge is by the hour), and thus the bill was somewhat more than I had anticipated.  On the other hand, the problem was fixed at that time.

Thus I am uncertain about whether I will use this provider again.  The response to my problem was uneven, and the solution including the first service call was $370.

My computer is in much better condition, it's the first and only time I had it serviced and they really helped it. The price was reasonable also.

They were able to get us in and get us fixed so we could get the computer picked up.  My daughters had papers to write so they got it done very quickly.  We haven't had any issues since then.  We would have liked the price a little cheaper, but that is standard for electronics.  They told us what it was going to be beforehand and they stayed with that price.  We would use them again.

They have been really good. I remember that they have been very helpful and they did help us out with tech support. They gave us a lot of pointers on things that we could use for our mac and they were right on, so we will definitely go back to them.

We went in and had it done one time and they charged us $50. Then we brought it home and it really wasn't fixed. We took it back in and they sat there with us and fixed it until it was perfect without charging us again.

Chris was pleasant and patient with me. I am not a computer wiz! He listened to my problem and found a way to correct it by looking on websites and correcting my specific problem. He left, thinking my problem was solved. When I was using email, I found part of the problem to be still there, but Chris emailed me back and helped me through it, even offering to return the next day as part of the original service call. I was able to figure it out with his help. They are a great resource even if you use the computer store.

Exceptional response (came to the house within an hour). The technician (David Wainscott) was very knowledgeable and helpful, not only in solving my problems but also in showing me the tricks and shortcuts with the new system. Couldn't be more pleased, well worth the $130/hour rate.

I dropped my Powerbook, and cracked the case. Mac Experience was able to beat Apple's estimate for repair and offer me two options for repairing the case. The work was estimated and completed in less than 6 hours.

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY FIREWIRE PORTS AND WITH THE GRAPHICS CARD. I TOOK IT TO THEM BEFORE THE HOLIDAY AND THEY FIXED IT THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS. THEY REPLACED THE GRAPHICS CARD WHICH FIXED MOST OF THE PROBLEMS, BUT THE FIREWIRE STILL DIDN'T WORK. I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY ORDERED A WHOLE NEW MOTHER BOARD/ LOGIC BOARD, AND REPLACED IT THE SAME DAY I TOOK IT IN. EVERYTHING WAS FIXED AND NOW WORKS FINE. I DO A LOT OF ART, WEB DESIGN, AND GRAPHIC WORK ON MY MAC, SO I REALLY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT THEY WORK SO QUICKLY AND WERE ABLE TO GET ME BACK ON MY WAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR MAC NEEDS. ALL OF THEIR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! THEY TAKE TIME TO TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM. FREELY OFFER SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE YOUR SYSTEM WORK BETTER. I TOOK THE COMPUTER IN JUST BEFORE CLOSING ON A TUESDAY. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A DAY TO A DAY AND A HALF BEFORE THEY COULD GET IT ON THE BENCH, WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM FOR ME. THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY AT LUNCH AND SAID THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. INCREDIBLE! I CANT REALLY SPEAK TO PRICING AS THIS IS THE FIRST COMPUTER REPAIR IVE HAD DONE BUT FOR WHAT THEY DID, I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID MORE. IF YOU HAVE A MACINTOSH COMPUTER, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

THEY ARE EXCELLENT! I HAVE A G4 MAC WITH DUAL 1GHZ PROCESSORS. ONE OF MY DUAL PROCESSORS HAD A MANUFACTURER DEFECT AND WENT OUT, SO I CALLED APPLE. AFTER DOING OVER THE PHONE DIAGNOSTICS WITH SOFTWARE WHICH CAME WITH MY COMPUTER, APPLE SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE MAC EXPERIENCE ORDER AND INSTALL AN ENTIRE NEW DUAL PROCESSOR UNIT. MY COMPUTER STILL FUNCTIONED FINE, SO I WAS IN NO RUSH, BUT IN LESS THAN A WEEK MY PROCESSOR CAME IN AND THEY CAME RIGHT TO MY HOUSE TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE. THE SERVICE TECH WAS VERY KIND, COURTEOUS, AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE EVEN GAVE ME SOME FREE SOFTWARE TO HELP WITH ONE OF MY APPLICATIONS WHICH WAS A COMPLETELY UNRELATED ISSUE. WHILE PRESENT HE EVALUATED ANOTHER OF MY COMPUTERS FOR ME AT NO COST. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! ANYONE WITH A MAC SHOULD CALL THEM IF ANY TROUBLES ARISE, WARRANTY WORK OR NOT!
