Bob Borghi at Davey Tree oversees our lawn at the Cape. He is knowledgeable, and a very nice young man to work with. Bob has been very helpful in giving us instructions on how to care for our lawn and trees. We appreciate it.

There were two parts to this work, getting an estimate and doing the job. Davey's did very well in both, in contrast to my experience with other tree companies. To schedule the estimate, it was done through a combination of phone and email and the person managing the appointments was friendly and capable. Then the arborist who came to the house was professional and thorough. There was a miscommunication about other work I had wanted assessed, so the arborist came out again and added this to the overall job estimate. This was quickly communicated to me by email. After agreeing to the work, we scheduled the time for the job to be done. The crew showed up on time, waited for a storm to finish, and then got promptly to work. All the trees were nicely trimmed, fertilizer treatment given (and hopefully the benefits will become apparent soon). Excellent staff and excellent work.

Three men with 3 trucks and necessary equipment arrived approximately 3:00 pm cutting the branches and trunk from the uprooted tree. This was then followed by the grinding of the stump. By 4:45 pm the entire process of cutting, chipping and stump grinding was completed. Included was an immaculate cleanup of all debris created by the removal process. Other than the bare spot of the uprooted tree no one would know that a tree was hauled away. This is the second time that I used Davey Tree Removal in the past 2 yrs.

It's been a while ago and I'm no longer using them because I paid them a thousand dollars for an oak tree that lived a year and about a month. I found them to be very expensive and it turned out their kinda expensive oak tree still wrap in burlap heavy wire around it and I don't think the roots could ever get out. I am unsatisfied with the quality of their work.

They did a good job. Their prices are a little high but they do good work. They could just be a little better on price. The service was good. They weren't the highest. I would recommend them but they're high.

I have been using them for many years now and they are always great. I will continue to use them for as long as I live here and have trees

I met with Kevin McBride, District Manager and certified Arborist to discuss the work I wanted done and he evaluated all of the trees on my property. Kevin is very personable and easy to work with. He was on time and very professional. I accepted his proposal and we worked to schedule a mutually agreeable date for the work to be accomplished. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date and I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They demonstrated outstanding proficiency in taking down the trees, cleaning up and removing all of the debris from the property. I was amazed at their ability to make cuts that resulted in the trees falling exactly as desired. The team (Harold, Warren, and Mitch) demonstrated outstanding teamwork and were always polite and professional. They regularly consulted with me throughout the day to ensure that they were meeting my expectations and made sound recommendations about whether to trim or leave branches to enhance the future life of the trees while also improving their shape. I am very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend The Davey Tree Expert Company to others.

It was an amazing consultation experience. Davey followed up with me quickly to setup a time for them to stop by. Sales Arborist, Mike Volz, came out and was really friendly, easy to talk to, and helped walk me through some great options for how to handle my ash tree. It was surprisingly easy and fast. I appreciated that he didn't push me to make a decision to keep or remove my tree. Plus, he offered some options that I could try on my own for little to no money. It's just so refreshing when a company thinks about the customer's needs and not just the business' bottom-line. It definitely put them at the top of my call list for any future tree care needs. Wonderful experience!

I like them. They are dependable and they do good work. I call them when I need something like that done. The technician I work with is very nice. I use the same one all the time.

I thought they were great. Their plantation was good. They showed up when they said they would. I felt that I was talking to an expert. They really helped me with some things that needed special care. They trimmed my trees and everything look better. I have used them twice now, last Spring and Fall. They cover everything regarding the lawn, trees, shrubs and landscaping.
