Chris Sweeney was punctual, very cordial both on the phone and in person, and very concerned about meeting my computer and software needs and my price range needs. His calm demeanor and expertise regarding the pros and cons regarding various computer options made my decision making easy. I highly recommend him and will use his services in the future.

The owner,  Chris Sweeney arrived at our home at the designated day and time to pick up our old computer. He took it to his office along with the new computer and transferred data over the weekend.  This was a Friday and on Monday he returned to set up the new computer and he explained how everything worked..  This is the second time that we have used The Computer Place and are very satisfied with Chris.  He is very professional and really knows what he is doing.  I had already recommended Chris to two of my friends.  One of these friends did use The Computer Place and told me he not only had Chris work on his PC but he is working with him on his business system.  We will continue to use Chris for any and all our computer needs.

Chris is absolutley wonderful! His prices are very reasonable. He's very polite and nice to work with. He has great follow up and calls the next day to make sure everything is still working okay.

I thought he did a great job. I was very pleased. He worked quickly.

My computer had crashed recently. I called him late on a Friday and he returned my computer that next Monday morning. He was very prompt and I thought he was easy to work with.  I will use him again.

My wife bought a new computer a few days ago.  I tried to set it up by myself and it wasn't long before I was in trouble.  I called him at a time when he was working on something else.  He accessed my computer remotely and set up things I didn't even know to ask about.

I needed an old computer's hard drive clean and my Wifi reconnected. Chris responded, as usual, quickly and was thorough in his work.

Working with Chris is always a pleasure. 

I began using Chris about  10 years ago after I left the world of corporate IT support.  He has more than filled the void with excellent skills and  ability to make some complicated tasks much easier to perform.

Chris has been maintaining my home office computer system and peripherals (including my Blackberry) for several years now and we just completed a major overhaul of my laptop. I rely on Chris to recommend equipment and software for my business and to keep me operational. He always, without fail, does a fabulous job! I've referred him to many colleagues. Chris has outstanding diagnostic skills and completes his diagnosis of problems in significantly less time than other computer service companies I've used over the years. He's always willing to explain things and answer questions (no question is a dumb one with Chris). Perhaps above all--I trust him implicitly. You can't do better in selecting a computer service professional than Chris. He's the BEST!

Chris is a delightful young man and I have used him for years for all our computer needs. He shows up on time, is professional and always goes above and beyond expectation to help us with our computer needs. Regardless of our needs, big or small, he is the one we call.

ENTERED MY E-MAIL ADDRESS WRONG (REVERSED LETTERS) WHEN INSTALLING OUTLOOK. I HAD E-MAIL PROBLEMS FOR A WEEK; COMPANY CAME BACK AND REINSTALLED SOFTWARE; THOUGHT IT WAS A CARRIER PROBLEM; A FRIEND ALERTED ME TO ERROR. COMPANY DID TELL ME ON THE PHONE HOW TO MAKE THE CORRECTION; I DIDN'T GET AN APOLOGY. COMPANY SEEMED UNSURE THAT THIS WOULD HAVE CAUSED ALL THE PROBLEMS. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM SINCE I CORRECTED MY E MAIL ADDRESS.

CHRIS IS THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS COMPANY. HE DOES A GREAT JOB. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS SERVICE.
