They just did not do a thorough job. We had to hire a lawyer to facilitate them beginning the project. Our house was part of a class action lawsuit and Cain was in charge of removing the mold. We had a fire in the house that exposed the mold, and they did not want to start the work at that time. The insurance was not going to pay for another home for us to live in. Because the mold was exposed we could not live there and Cain was not willing to begin. We had to hire a lawyer to encourage Cain to start the work at that time. The lawyer cost us several thousand dollars to just have them start the work. We would not consider using them again.

THE CAIN COMPANY IS VERSATILE IN WHAT THEY CAN DO AS HANDYMEN. IF THEY FEEL SOMETHING IS BEYOND THEIR CAPABILITY, THEY ARE UP FRONT ABOUT IT AND USUALLY CAN REFER YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE. WE'VE BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

Gas Leak Repair
I GOT THE NAME OF THIS MAN FROM A FRIEND. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB, THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT HE DID NOT CALL BACK TO SET UP AN APPT, IT TOOK ME MAKING 2 PHONE CALLS TO GET THAT ACCOMPLISHED. AND HE WAS NEARLY 1 1/1 HR LATE ON THE LAST DAY HE DID THE WORK. HE IS MAINLY A BRICKLAYER BUT DOES MANY HANDYMAN JOBS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM, JUST WISH HE WOULD RETURN PHONE CALLS BETTER!
