Tracy Smith did a great job! He was professional, punctual, personable and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future when the need arises.

Made time for me at end of his day and was able to do the project with only 2 days notice. Highly professional, costs were as agreed, and work was well done.

Tracey did exactly what he say he woold do, whent and inspect the roof, gave me the estimate and folowed up to do the job as he said. Timming was the essence (bad weather comming) and Tracy made the time to do the job, even whent out of his way to remove another Satelite dish braket and the wires from it all? I will call Tracy again and recomend him grately.

When I contacted Tracy on the 19th, he was just finishing a job and promised to return my call within 5 minutes. This he did. He was nearby and was able to come to my home in about 20 minutes. He went right to work, cleaned out the drain, and it's working great. He was polite, efficient, and I would definitely use his services again.

My first contact with Tracy was great! He is very personable and friendly. I chose him because he lives very near my house and I thought the nearness would be an advantage. I first talked to him on a Friday and he stopped by that Monday to look everything over. It took a week to get a quote to me, but then he started the very next day and completed the job quickly. He does good work and I am very satisfied.

Very professional. We thought the fan would need to be replaced. Tracey was able to clean and service the fan and return it to working order. Charged us for a service call. Very fair price and did not try to replace something that was repairable.

I usually assemble the furniture I order, but a unexpected fall and hip injury prevented me from doing so. Being brand new to Indianapolis, I turned to Angie's list to find someone who could assemble this furniture for me. Tracy was easy to work with and fit my small project into his schedule. He and his helper arrived on time, got right to work and quickly accomplished the task. He charged only his minimum fee (clearly stated on his information page) and cleaned up after his work was done. Tracy and his helper were both friendly and professional. This was my first Angie's list experience and I'm delighted that it went so well. I would definitely recommend Tracy to anyone who needs the services he offers.

Tracy was able to fit us in his schedule within a week of calling, despite being very busy. Got right to work, patched old and new drywall holes and blemishes. Originally had him there for just the bedroom drywall issues, but had a couch delivered to our new basement and the movers scratched the heck out of the wall. Asked Tracy to stay longer to repair that too and he did, no problem! Repainted our master bedroom too. Great work, friendly service!

It went good. They're reliable and reasonable. It was excellent.

My home is up for sale, and after the Buyer's inspection there were a few items my husband did not feel comfortable doing, namely walking on the roof. I consulted Angie's List, found a contractor nearby and called. Tracy actually answered the phone, knew what was required to satisfy the inspection report, and said he would stop by later that day to see the scope. He did just that, gave me a price plus materials quote, and did the work on the spot. Needless to say, I am a very happy camper. I did not have to wait for days to get a call back, plus he was able to complete the whole scope the very same day. Thank you Tracy!

Tracy has been a God-send! He has provided great counsel (on my home) and is a knowledgeable, fast and efficient worker. By accompanying me when purchasing the dishwasher and the door, he both saved us money ($200 on the dishwasher), but also helped ensure that we were getting what would serve us best. He has great knowledge and experience in areas that I know little about. He is willing to share so that we, his customers, are best served. He's willing to speak up, but will willingly move forward if you don't chose to heed his advice. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! Thank you, Tracy!

Basic projects, but Tracy was able to stop by the same day on his way home from another job (after another stop to get his large ladder). Nice guy and I will consider for bigger projects in the future.

The service was excellent. They were friendly and informative. He supervise the work very well and he was professional. We were very satisfied with the work.

The deadbolt was stuck in the locked position and therefore we were unable to use the door. I called Tracy in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon to replace the door hardware. He was punctual, efficient and friendly and I will definitely call him again for handyman services.

Tracy and Dave finished all the projects carefully and in good time.They are very competent and professional, and personable. Tracy showed me some parts that had to be replaced and they made a trip to the hardware store, after determining where the closest one was. We were very pleased with the work done by Tracy and his helper. They were very professional, timely, and finished the job when he said he would. He even offered advise on other projects we were working on. Very pleased with is work!!

Having used Angie's list providers before, I'm suspicious of handyman that show up in Lincoln Navigators and polo shirts with sunglasses cooly placed over their hair. Yes, they had high ratings, but in my estimation, they cherry-pick their work and carefully de-select anything that requires more skill, effort, time, or is beneath their dignity in size (money). I had several of these folks come over to look at my humble, but bungled bathroom fan. I tried to replace one myself, and somehow bent the housing and it was not assembled correctly. I decided to call the experts. Several of them took one look and said, and quot;Ah, I don't think that we can do it. See ya.and quot; Others, did not return the call. I picked Tracy because he was down the list and had great reviews except for one, which is an outlier. I am also suspicious of too many coupons, thinking that they will get you with a higher price anyway. Excluding travel and other expenses, a labor rate of $50.00/hr. is $100,000 per year. For this rate, I do expect skilled work. Tracy took the call at 10:00 AM and was at the house at 3:30 PM. He and his partner drove up in workman trucks and in workman clothes. They looked at the fan assembly and at first were befuddled, but then tried and re-tried to work with the new assembly that I had bought. With some effort, they got it to work. They could have said, and quot;See yaand quot;. They could have told me to go buy another new fan assembly and that they will re-install it. They could have said that we have to cut a new hole and re-plaster and paint around it. But they didn't it. They fixed somehthing that I bungled trying to do it myself. They did it efficiently and I wasn't juiced up in services and price. In my estimation, Tracy and his associate are just what I need for those and quot;Handymanand quot; jobs that are beneath the dignity of the other highly touted providers on Angie's List.

Very professional, prompt service. I will be keeping this number handy for all future home improvement project needs!

I called Tracy to get quote to replace both doors. I worked out price with him and he got to it right away actually the same day. They took out old doors and installed new ones. As we talked, he told me he did painting as well, so we ask him to measure and give us quote. He did verbally but never sent nothing by email as he stated he would. After I paid and he left the job, I looked at their work and noticed they didn't put door handle on square and damaged floor. I called him back and he came out the next day to fix door handle and he said once we pick out flooring he would replace it free of labor but never said he would pay for flooring. I gave him benefit of doubt and was going to see about painting but now he won't return calls or emails or texts. I finally got some one to paint and I had them to take off door casing around door to replace it since there were a bunch of nail holes from original install and Tracy taking it off to replace doors and guess what he didn't even insulate around the door. I guess you get what you paid for. Be AWARE because his work is very poor.

They arrived right on time, came in, reviewed the jobs, and decided they could do it today!!! He told me he was not able to do one of my jobs and he is emailing me the name of someone who can and I really appreciate the referral. He and his partner were very nice, friendly and professional. They overcame some wiring problems in my house and installed the fan with no problem. Same with the door bell and shower head. He showed me how to work the shower head/flows. I will be calling him again and again!

My neice's condo had vandelism damage to her front door the late afternoon of 6/14/2013. Tracey promptly returned our call even though he was attending a graduation ceremony. He made arrangements for someone to come and secure the front door area for the evening. He worked with my neice on selecting a new front door and picked it up at Lowe's, delivered it to her condo and installed it. All this was done by 1 pm on Saturday (6/15/2013). Tracey was very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. His work and work ethic was very much appreciated.

I was impressed with Tracy from the beginning. He was timely in coming out to give me an estimate. His estimate was reasonable. His work was professional. He and his worker were considerate and did quality work. I will definitely consider using him again for any future projects I have at my house!
