I pay quarterly and the total turns out to be $25 a month. They've been pretty good. The price is good.

It was wonderful. They do an excellent job all the time. We can call and they will come at any time at no additional cost. It doesn't have to be on the regular day. We've been with them for several years.

The initial home inspection covered only a small fraction of what was promised. Although the technician was friendly, the subsequent treatments were spotty.

I am finally fed up with Terminix and am cancelling my contract.  When there was a local office in Terre Haute, I had no problems. The technicians have always been professional, courteous, and competent - and still are.  But now that the Terre Haute office has been eliminated and operations have been consolidated with the Indianapolis office, I have had nothing but trouble in getting appointments scheduled for a time when I can be home.  Here's how it works:  I am notified by both postcard and email of my next appointment, with a message to go online and reschedule if the time is not convenient.  I use the website to reschedule for a time that is convenient to me so that I can be home to let them in the house.  The website confirms the new date and time, but apparently the scheduling office either disregards the new information or never receives it.  I am tired of the frustration and am through with Terminix.
I have never been unhappy with the technicians or the service, but it is unfortunate that the office is so poorly run.

We pay them quarterly. I like their quality and price. They do an excellent job and they show up on time.  They are very friendly.

They are thorough, on time, do their job, and I don't have to keep calling them back. The price, quality, and professionalism are great. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They do an annual inspection once a year. I have been happy with the work and the technicians that have come out; they have been very effective. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

The man who comes to my house is a good guy to work with. Their prices are excellent. They're professional, responsive and punctual.

They were wonderful. What stood out was how nice they were. The same guy came out every time. He did not do anything that would harm the kids. He was very respectful of our home.
